Issues of Usurpation
باب النهي عن جده وهزله ووعيد من اختصب مال أخيه
Chapter: Prohibition of taking property unjustly, whether in jest or seriousness, and the warning to one who seizes his brother’s wealth
Hadith Number: 6188
(وعنه من طريق ثان) بمثله وفيه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال له إن لقيتها نعجة تحمل شفرة وزنادا بخبت الجميش فلا تهجها قال يعني بخبت الجميش ارضا بين مكة والجار ارض ليس بها انيس
In one narration it is stated: The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If you find a goat in such a state that it is carrying a knife and a flint, and it is also in the region of Khabt al-Jameesh (which is a barren, low, and wide land between Makkah and Jaar, where there is no familiar thing), even then you cannot touch it.
