باب فى بر الأولاد والأقارب الأقرب فالاقرب اب ما جاء فى نمرة الأولاد والترغيب فى اديهم والعطف عليهم
Chapter on dutifulness to children and close relatives, what has been narrated regarding the virtue of children, and encouragement towards kindness to them and compassion for them
Hadith Number: 9032
۔ (وفی لفظ) فقال: النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم: ((فاشھد غیری۔)) ثم قال: ((الیسیسرک ان یکونوا فی البر سوائ؟)) قال: بلٰی، وفی لفظ: ((ان لھم علیک من الحق ان تعدل بینھم کما ان لک علیھم من الحق ان یبروک۔))
In one narration, it is stated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then appoint someone other than me as a witness. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Does it not please you that your children should do good to you equally? They replied: Yes, of course. In another narration, it is stated: Your children have this right over you that you deal justly among them, just as you have the right over them that they all do good to you.
