Chapter on encouragement to what the Prophet ﷺ and his companions practiced of minimizing worldly possessions and sufficing with little
Hadith Number: 9278
عن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال ((قد افلح من اسلم ورزق كفافا وقنعه الله بما آتاه))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Indeed, he has succeeded who accepted Islam, and then was provided sustenance according to his need, and Allah Almighty made him content with whatever He gave him.
