Hadith Number: 9280
عن عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه قال كل شيء سوى ظل بيت وجلف الخبز وثوب يواري عورته والماء فما فضل عن هذا فليس لابن آدم فيه حق
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: A house, coarse and dry bread, and a garment that covers the private parts—whatever is beyond these is surplus, and the son of Adam has no right in it.
