باب الرجل يتزوج المرأة فيدخل عليها ومعها نساء فوقع على امرأة منهن
Chapter: A man marries a woman, enters upon her, and there are other women with her, and he has intercourse with one of them
Hadith Number: 1013
نا هشيم، انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، قال: " من وطئ فرجا بجهالة درئ عنه الحد، وضمن العقر" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever has intercourse with a woman out of ignorance, the hadd punishment is not due upon him, but the dowry must be paid."
