باب ما جاء في قبول هدايا المشركين
Chapter: Accepting Gifts from Polytheists
Hadith Number: 1576
حدثنا علي بن سعيد الكندي، حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان، عن إسرائيل، عن ثوير، عن ابيه، عن علي، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ان كسرى اهدى له فقبل، وان الملوك اهدوا إليه فقبل منهم "، وفي الباب، عن جابر، وهذا حديث حسن غريب، وثوير بن ابي فاختة اسمه سعيد بن علاقة، وثوير يكنى ابا جهم.
‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the King of Persia, Kisra, sent a gift to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he accepted it. (Similarly,) other kings also sent gifts to him, and he accepted their gifts. Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib,
2- The narrator Thuwair is the son of Abu Fakhita; Abu Fakhita’s name is Sa‘id bin ‘Ilaqah, and Thuwair’s kunyah is Abu Juham,

تخریج الحدیث دارالدعوہ: «تفرد بہ المؤلف (تحفة الأشراف: 10109) (ضعیف جدا) (سند میں ”ثویر بن علاقہ ابی فاختہ“ سخت ضعیف اور رافضی ہے)»
قال الشيخ الألباني: ضعيف جدا التعليق على الروضة الندية (2 / 163)
قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:(1576) إسناده ضعيف
