حَدِيثُ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
Hadith of Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 21031
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا إسرائيل ، عن سماك ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، قال:" رايتها مثل بيضة الحمامة، لونها لون جسده" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah, may Allah be pleased with him, that I saw the Seal of Prophethood on the blessed back of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It was the size of a pigeon’s egg and its color was the same as the body of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

Hadith Number: 21032
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا سفيان ، عن سماك بن حرب ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" كان يجلس في مصلاه إذا صلى الغداة حتى تطلع الشمس حسناء" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that after performing the Fajr prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to remain seated in his place until the sun had risen.

Hadith Number: 21033
حدثنا وكيع ، عن فطر ، عن ابي خالد الوالبي ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا يزال هذا الامر مؤاتي او مقاربا حتى يقوم اثنا عشر خليفة كلهم من قريش" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah, may Allah be pleased with him, that I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying during the Farewell Pilgrimage: "This religion will always prevail over its opponents; no one who opposes or separates from it will be able to harm it, until twelve caliphs have passed in my Ummah, all of whom will be from the Quraysh."

حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح عن جابر بن سمرة من غير طريق أبى خالد، فقد أخطأ فيه فطر، فجعله من حديثه عن جابر، وقد خالفه الأعمش، فرواه عن أبى خالد عن أبى جحيفة
Hadith Number: 21034
حدثنا وكيع ، عن سفيان ، عن سماك ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" كان يذكر في خطبته" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to give admonition and advice in the sermon.

Hadith Number: 21035
حدثنا وكيع ، عن سفيان ، عن سماك ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" كان يجلس بين الخطبتين، ويتلو آيات من القرآن، وكانت صلاته قصدا، وخطبته قصدا" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to deliver two sermons on the day of Jumu'ah. First, he would deliver one sermon, then sit down, and then stand up and deliver the second sermon. The sermon and prayer of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) were moderate, and he used to recite verses from the Noble Qur'an on the pulpit.

Hadith Number: 21036
حدثنا وكيع ، عن إسرائيل ، عن سماك ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم" إن بين يدي الساعة كذابين" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Before the Day of Judgment, some liars will certainly appear."

Hadith Number: 21037
حدثنا عبد الرحمن ، عن سفيان ، عن سماك ، قال: سمعت جابر بن سمرة ، يقول: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم" إذا صلى الصبح جلس في مصلاه حتى تطلع الشمس حسناء، او ترتفع الشمس حسناء" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that after performing the Fajr prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to remain seated in his place until the sun had risen.

حدثنا عبد الرحمن ، عن سفيان ، عن سماك ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" كان يخطب قائما، ويجلس ثم يقوم يقرا آيات ويذكر الله، وكانت خطبته قصدا، وصلاته قصدا" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to deliver two sermons on Friday. First, he would deliver one sermon, then sit down, and then stand up and deliver the second sermon. The Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) sermon and prayer were moderate, and he would recite verses from the Noble Qur’an on the pulpit.

Hadith Number: 21039
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي ، عن سفيان ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، قال: جئت انا وابي إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو يقول: " لا يزال هذا الامر صالحا حتى يكون اثنا عشر اميرا"، ثم قال كلمة لم افهمها، قلت لابي ما قال: قال: قال:" كلهم من قريش" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying during the Farewell Pilgrimage that this religion will always prevail over its opponents; no one who opposes or separates from it will be able to harm it, until twelve caliphs have passed among my Ummah. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said something which I did not understand. I asked my father what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had said. He replied that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: All of them will be from the Quraysh.

Hadith Number: 21040
حدثنا حدثنا عبد الرحمن ، حدثنا شريك ، عن سماك ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، قال:" كنا إذا انتهينا إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم جلس احدنا حيث ينتهي" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that when we would attend the gathering of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), wherever the gathering was ending, we would sit there.
