مُسْنَدُ الْأَنْصَارِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ
Musnad of the Ansar
وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ ثَوْبَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
And from the hadith of Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 22451
حدثنا حسن بن موسى ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن عاصم الاحول ، عن ابي قلابة ، عن ابي الاشعث الصنعاني ، عن ابي اسماء الرحبي ، عن ثوبان ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا عاد المسلم اخاه، فإنه يمشي في خرفة الجنة حتى يرجع" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a Muslim man visits his Muslim brother who is ill, he walks in the gardens of Paradise.

Hadith Number: 22452
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا حماد بن زيد ، حدثنا ايوب ، عن ابي قلابة ، عن ابي اسماء ، عن ثوبان ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إن الله او إن ربي زوى لي الارض مشارقها ومغاربها، وإن امتي سيبلغ ملكها ما زوي لي منها واعطيت الكنزين الاحمر والابيض , وإني سالت ربي لامتي ان لا يهلكها بسنة بعامة، ولا يسلط عليهم عدوا من سوى انفسهم فيستبيح بيضتهم حتى يكون بعضهم يسبي بعضا وبعضهم يهلك بعضا، ولو اجتمع عليهم من بين اقطارها" ، او قال: من باقطارها. " الا وإني اخاف على امتي الائمة المضلين، وإذا وضع السيف في امتي لم يرفع عنها إلى يوم القيامة، ولا تقوم الساعة حتى تلحق قبائل من امتي بالمشركين، وحتى تعبد قبائل من امتي الاوثان" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty gathered the entire earth for me, so I saw its east and its west, and the rule of my Ummah will reach as far as the area that was gathered and shown to me. And I was given two treasures, the red and the white. And I requested my Lord for my Ummah that He should not destroy them by a general famine, and that He should not impose upon them an external enemy who would massacre them. So my Lord said: O Muhammad! No one can overturn what I have decreed. I have accepted your prayer for your Ummah that I will not destroy them by a general famine, and I will not impose upon them an external enemy who will commit great slaughter among them, even if their enemies gather against them from all corners of the world, until they themselves begin to destroy one another. And when the sword is placed among my Ummah, it will not be lifted from them until the Day of Resurrection. And the Hour will not be established until some tribes of my Ummah join the polytheists, and until some tribes of my Ummah begin to worship idols.

Hadith Number: 22453
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا حماد بن زيد املاه علينا، حدثنا ايوب ، عن ابي قلابة ، عن ابي اسماء ، عن ثوبان ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " افضل دينار دينار ينفقه الرجل على عياله، ودينار ينفقه على دابته في سبيل الله" , قال: ثم قال ابو قلابة: من قبله بدا بالعيال، قال: واي رجل اعظم اجرا من رجل ينفق على عياله صغارا يعفهم الله به.
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The best dinar is the one which a man spends on his family, or spends on his mount in the way of Allah.

حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 994
Hadith Number: 22454
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا ابان ، حدثنا قتادة ، عن سالم بن ابي الجعد ، عن معدان بن ابي طلحة , عن ثوبان ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من صلى على جنازة، فله قيراط، ومن شهد دفنها، فله قيراطان" , قيل: يا رسول الله، وما القيراطان؟ قال:" اصغرهما مثل احد" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever participates in a funeral will receive one qirat of reward, and whoever remains until the burial will receive two qirats, and the measure of one qirat is equal to Mount Uhud.

Hadith Number: 22455
حدثنا عبد الوهاب الخفاف ، قال: سئل سعيد ، عن الرجل يتبع جنازة ما له من الاجر؟ فاخبرنا , عن قتادة ، عن سالم بن ابي الجعد ، عن معدان بن ابي طلحة ، عن ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من صلى على جنازة، فله قيراط، فإن شهد دفنها، فله قيراطان" فسئل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن ذلك القيراط، فقال" مثل احد" .
