٢٠١٤١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا محمد بن ابي عدي عن ابن جريج عن عطاء في الرجل يتزوج المراة قال: لا نفقة لها حتى يدخل بها.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when a man marries a woman, she will not receive maintenance from him until he consummates the marriage with her.

٢٠١٤٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا مروان بن معاوية عن كامل بن فضيل قال: سالت الشعبي عن رجل تزوج امراة فلم يدخل بها، ثم غاب عنها، فلما قدم اخذته بالنفقة فقال الشعبي: لا نفقة لها حتى يدخل بها.
Hazrat Kamil bin Fudail, may Allah have mercy on him, says that I asked Hazrat Sha'bi: If a person marries a woman and, without consummating the marriage, goes somewhere, then when he returns, will the woman receive maintenance from him? Hazrat Sha'bi replied: As long as he does not consummate the marriage, she will not receive maintenance.

٢٠١٤٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل ابن علية قال: سئل يونس عن رجل تزوج امراة ثم غاب عنها قبل ان يدخل بها، هل لها نفقة؟ فقال: كان الحسن لا يرى لها عليه نفقة حتى يدخل بها، إلا ان يقولوا له: خذها فلا ياخذها.
Yunus, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked: If a man marries a woman and then goes far away without consummating the marriage, will the woman receive maintenance? He replied that Hasan used to say that the woman will not receive maintenance until he consummates the marriage with her. Or, if the girl's guardians told him to take the girl but he does not take her with him, then she will receive maintenance.

٢٠١٤٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن (حسام) (١) بن مصك عن ابي معشر عن إبراهيم قال: ليس للمراة على زوجها نفقة إلا من يوم تطلب ذلك.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ز]: (خرام)، وبعدها بياض قليل.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that a woman's maintenance becomes obligatory upon the man when the woman makes a demand.

٢٠١٤٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا محمد بن فضيل (عن مطرف) (١) عن عامر قال: ليس للرجل ان ينفق على امراته إذا كان (الحبس) (٢) من قبلها.

(٢) في [س]: (بالحسن)، وفي [أ، ب، هـ]: (بالحبس).
Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when the separation is due to the woman, then it is not obligatory for the man to provide maintenance.
