If a Woman Leaves Her Husband's House in Disobedience, Is She Entitled to Maintenance?

٢٠١٤٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا ابو اسامة قال: نا سفيان عن طارق عن الشعبي انه سئل عن امراة خرجت من بيتها عاصية لزوجها الها نفقة؟ قال: لا، وإن مكثت عشرين سنة.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a woman leaves the house in disobedience to her husband, will she receive maintenance? He replied: No, even if she stays outside for twenty years.

٢٠١٤٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا غندر عن شعبة قال: سالت الحكم عن امراة خرجت من بيت زوجها عاصية، هل لها نفقة؟ قال: نعم.
Hazrat Shu’bah, may Allah have mercy on him, says that I asked Hazrat Hakam whether a woman who leaves the house in disobedience to her husband is entitled to maintenance. He replied, yes. I asked Hazrat Hammad, and he replied that she is not entitled to maintenance.

٢٠١٤٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا (بهز) (١) بن (اسد) (٢) عن ابي هلال عن هارون قال: سالت الحسن عن امراة خرجت مراغمة لزوجها، لها نفقة؟ قال: لها (جوالق) (٣) من تراب.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ب]: (بجهر)، وفي [س، ط، هـ]: (محمد).
(٢) في [ز]: (أسيد).
(٣) في [أ، ب]: (حوالق)، والجوالق أوعية، أراد أنها ليس لها نفقة.
Hazrat Haroon, may Allah have mercy on him, says that I asked Hazrat Hasan, may Allah be pleased with him, if a woman leaves the house in disobedience to her husband, will she receive maintenance? He replied that she will receive dust.
