٢٠٩٣٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن خالد الحذاء عن معاوية بن قرة ان ابا ايوب وجد سمكة طافية فاكلها (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح.
Hazrat Muawiyah bin Qurrah narrates that Hazrat Abu Ayyub saw a fish in the sea which had died and become spoiled, and he ate it.

٢٠٩٣١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن سفيان عن عبد الملك بن ابي (بشير) (١) عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس انه قال: اشهد على ابي بكر انه قال: السمكة الطافية على الماء حلال (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ع]: (بشر).
(٢) صحيح.
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated with an oath the saying of Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the fish which floats on the surface of the water is lawful (halal).

٢٠٩٣٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا محمد بن يزيد عن ايوب عن قتادة عن ابن عمر انه لم يكن يرى بالسمك الطافي (باسا) (١) (٢).

(٢) صحيح.
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to declare as lawful the fish that floats on the surface of the sea after dying.
