A Person Sees a Slave Girl Being Sold and She Claims to Be Stolen

٢٣٥٧٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو داود الطيالسي عن عمران القطان قال: سمعت الحسن وسئل عن رجل راى جارية في السوق تباع فقالت: إني مسروقة، فقال: (تشترى) (١) ولا تصدق.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ح]: (تشرى)، وفي [ز]: (تشرا).
It was asked from Hasan about a man who saw a slave girl in the market who was being sold, and that slave girl said, "I am stolen." He (Hasan) said, "Buy her, do not confirm her statement." Then I asked Qatadah about this, and he disliked it.
