Which Day Is Recommended for Cupping (Hijamah)

٢٥٢٢٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: اخبرنا عباد بن منصور عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس ان النبي ﷺ قال:"خير يوم (تحجمون) (١) فيه ⦗١٩٨⦘ سبع عشرة وتسع (عشرة) (٢) وإحدى وعشرين" (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ز، هـ]: (تحتجمون).
(٢) سقط من: [ح].
(٣) ضعيف جدًا، عباد ضعيف وأسقط من الإسناد ابن أبي يحيى وهو متروك، أخرجه أحمد (٣٣١٦)، وعبد بن حميد (٥٧٤)، والحاكم (٤/ ٢٠٩)، والترمذي (٢٠٥٣)، والطيالسي (٢٦٦٦)، والبيهقي (٩/ ٤٣٠).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best days on which you should get a haircut are the seventeenth, nineteenth, and twenty-first dates."

٢٥٢٢٤ - [حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل ويزيد بن هارون عن عاصم عن ابن سيرين قال: كان يعجبه ان يحتجم من السبعة عشر إلى العشرين] (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط الخبر من: [أ، ح، ط، هـ].
It is narrated about Hazrat Ibn Sirin that he said he preferred to have his hair cut between the seventeenth and twentieth of the month.

٢٥٢٢٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل عن ليث عن مكحول قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"من احتجم يوم الاربعاء ويوم السبت فاصابه وضح فلا يلومن إلا نفسه" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مرسل ضعيف؛ مكحول تابعي، وليث ضعيف.
It is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hool, he says that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever gets a haircut on Wednesday or Saturday and then suffers from epilepsy, let him blame himself."

٢٥٢٢٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن حجاج قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"من كان محتجما فليحتجم يوم السبت" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مرسل ضعيف، حجاج تابعي، ومراسيله ضعيفة.
It is narrated from Hazrat Hajjaj that he says the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever wishes to get cupping (hijama) done should get cupping done on Saturday."
