٢٨٢٧٤ - حدثنا ابو خالد الاحمر عن (ابي) (١) غفار عن ابي تميمة الهجيمي عن ابي جري الهجيمي قال: اتيت رسول الله ﷺ قال: قلت: انت رسول الله؟ قال:"نعم"، قال: قلت: يا رسول الله اعهد إلي، قال:"لا (تسب) (٢) احدا"، قال: فما سببت احدا: عبدا ولا حرا ولا شاة ولا بعيرا (٣).

(٣) حسن؛ أبو خالد صدوق، أخرجه أحمد (٢٠٦٣٥)، وأبو داود (٤٠٨٤)، وابن أبي عاصم (١١٨٣)، والدولابي (١/ ٢٠٠)، والطبراني (٦٣٨٥)، والبيهقي (١٠/ ٢٣٦)، وبنحوه النسائي في الكبرى (٩٦٩٦)، وابن المبارك في الزهد (١٠١٧)، وهناد (٨٤١)، والخطابي في غريب الحديث (١/ ١٥٧)، وابن قانع (١/ ٢٨٦)، والمزي (١٩/ ٢٧٠).
Hazrat Abu Jurayy Hijimi narrates that I came to the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and I asked: Are you the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)? He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: Yes! I said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Please give me some advice. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not abuse anyone. He says: After that, I never abused anyone, neither a slave nor a free person, neither a goat nor a camel.

٢٨٢٧٥ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن سعد (بن) (١) إبراهيم عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن عبد الله بن عمرو عن النبي ﷺ قال:"إن اكبر الذنب عند الله ان يسب الرجل والديه"، قالوا: وكيف يسب الرجل والديه؟ قال:"يسب ابا الرجل فيسب اباه، ويسب امه فيسب امه" (٢).

Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Surely, the greatest sin in the sight of Allah is that a person abuses his parents. The companions asked: How can a person abuse his parents? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: He abuses another person's father, so that person, in return, abuses his father. He abuses another person's mother, so that person, in return, abuses his mother.

٢٨٢٧٦ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن ابن ابي نجيح عن ابيه يبلغ به النبي ﷺ قال: كان (من) (١) اريى الربا تفضل الرجل في عرض اخيه بالشتم، وإن اكبر الكبائر شتم الرجل والديه"، قيل: يا رسول الله وكيف يشتم والديه؟ قال:"يسب الناس فيستسب (لهما) (٢)" (٣).

(٢) في [ب]: (بهما)، وفي [ط، هـ]: (الناس بهما).
(٣) مرسل؛ أبو نجيح ليس صحابيًا، أخرجه ابن أبي الدنيا في الصمت (١٧٤)، وورد من حديث ابن أبي نجيح عن أبيه عن قيس بن سعد، أخرجه البزار (٣٧٤٣)، والطبراني (١٨/ [٨٩٩]).
Hazrat Abu Najee’ reports that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, the worst form of usury is that a person exceeds limits in dishonoring his brother, and the greatest sin is that a person abuses his parents. It was asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! How can someone abuse his own parents? He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: He abuses others, so they in return abuse his parents.

٢٨٢٧٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر بن عياش عن عاصم قال: ما رايت ابا وائل (سب) (١) شيئا قط إلا انه (ذكر) (٢) الحجاج مرة فقال: اللهم اطعمه طعاما من ضريع لا يسمن (و) (٣) لا يغني من جوع، ثم قال: إن كان احب إليك.

Hazrat Asim says that I have never seen Hazrat Abu Wa'il using abusive language except when mentioning Hajjaj bin Yusuf. On one occasion, he said: O Allah! Make him eat the food of a thorny tree. Neither let him become fat nor let his hunger be satisfied. Then he said: Even if you like him.
