٢٨٦٣٠ - حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن حجاج عن مكحول عن زيد في الصعر الدية (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ مكحول لا يروي عن زيد.
It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid that there is blood money (diyah) for crookedness towards one side of the neck or any joint of the face.

٢٨٦٣١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: اخبرني عبد العزيز بن عمر ان امراء الاجناد اجتمعوا لعمر بن عبد العزيز في الصعر إذا لم يلتفت الرجل إلا ما انحرف (١) خمسون دينارا.

(١) في [أ، ح، ط، هـ]: زيادة (الرجل).
Ibn Jurayj said that 'Abdul Aziz bin 'Umar informed me that the commanders of the armies agreed for 'Umar bin 'Abdul Aziz on this matter: that when the crookedness is such that a person cannot pay attention to the other side to which the face has turned, then the compensation is fifty dinars.
