٢٩٩٨٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا زنى وسرق وقتل وعمل حدودا، قال: يقتل، ولا يزاد على ذلك.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: When someone commits adultery, theft, and murder, and commits acts deserving of punishment, then he should be killed and nothing more should be done to him.

٢٩٩٨٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن مجالد عن الشعبي عن مسروق قال: قال عبد الله: إذا اجتمع حدان احدهما القتل اتى القتل على الآخر (١).

(١) ضعيف؛ مجالد ضعيف.
Hazrat Masruq narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood said: When two punishments are combined and one of them is execution, then execution will take precedence over the other punishment.

٢٩٩٨٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن عمرو عن الحسن قال: إذا اجتمعت حدود اقيمت كلها عليه.
Hazrat Umar says that Basri stated: When many punishments accumulate, then all of them shall be established upon him.

٢٩٩٩٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد الدراوردي عن حسين ابن حازم قال: رايت عمر بن عبد العزيز ضرب عنق سارق بعد ان قطعت اربعه.
Hazrat Husain bin Hazim narrates that I saw Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz have the neck of a thief struck after all four of his hands and feet had been cut off.

٢٩٩٩١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن الدراوردي عن هشام بن عروة عن رجل من اهل الشفاء ان عثمان بن عفان ضرب عنق (قيناس) (١) بعد ان قطعت اربعه (٢).

(١) في [هـ]: (قاس)، وفي [أ، ط، هـ]: (قباس)، وفي [ك]: (قياس).
(٢) مجهول؛ لإبهام الراوي.
Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah narrates from a man among the residents of Shifa that Hazrat Uthman bin Affan had Qinas beheaded after his both hands and feet had been cut off.

٢٩٩٩٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: كان عطاء يقول: إن سرق وشرب الخمر ثم قتل فهو القتل، لا يقطع ولا يحد.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that Hazrat Ata used to say: If he commits theft and drinks alcohol, then even if he commits murder, his punishment will be death; neither will his hand be cut off nor will the prescribed punishment (hadd) be carried out.

٢٩٩٩٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: سمعت ابن ابي مليكة يقول: يقام عليه الحدود ثم يقتل.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that I heard Hazrat Ibn Abi Mulaykah saying: Punishments will be enforced upon him, then he will be killed.

٢٩٩٩٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: حدثنا سعيد بن ابي عروبة عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: تقام عليه الحدود ثم يقتل.
Hazrat Qatadah says that Hasan Basri stated: Punishments will be enforced upon him, then he will be killed.

٢٩٩٩٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: حدثنا سعيد عن ابي معشر عن إبراهيم قال: إذا كانت حدود فيها (القتل) (١) فإن القتل ياتي على ذلك (اجمع) (٢).

Hazrat Abu Ma'shar says that Ibrahim said: When among the punishments there is also killing, then killing will prevail over them.
