٣٥٣٤٩ - حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري عن عبيد الله عن ابن عباس قال: اخبرني الصعب بن جثامة ان رسول الله ﷺ سئل عن (الدار) (١) من دور المشركين يبيتون وفيهم النساء والولدان فقال:"هم منهم" (٢).

(١) في [أ، ب]: (الدور).
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٣٠١٢)، ومسلم (١٧٤٥).
Hazrat Sa'b bin Jaththamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked: Regarding the houses of the polytheists, about those houses in which plots are made, while there are also women and children among them? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: They are from among them.

٣٥٣٥٠ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن حجاج عن قتادة عن الحسن عن سمرة (بن جندب) (١) قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"اقتلوا (شيوخ) (٢) المشركين واستحيوا (شرخهم) (٣)" (٤).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [أ، ب].
(٢) في [ط، هـ]: (الشيوخ).
(٣) أي: شبابهم.
(٤) منقطع حكمًا؛ الحسن وحجاج مدلسان، أخرجه أحمد (٢٠١٤٥)، وأبو داود (٢٦٧٠)، والترمذي (١٥٨٣)، وسعيد بن منصور (٢٦٢٤)، والروياني (٨٠٢)، والطبراني (٦٩٠٠)، والبغوي (٢٦٩٥)، والبيهقي ٩/ ٩٢، وابن عبد البر في التمهيد ١٦/ ١٤٢.
Hazrat Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Kill the elderly among the polytheists, and leave alive those children who have just reached the beginning of youth.

٣٥٣٥١ - حدثنا علي بن هاشم عن إسماعيل عن الحسن قال: كان اصحاب رسول الله ﷺ يقتلون من النساء والصبيان ما اعان عليهم (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف؛ إسماعيل هو ابن مسلم المكي ضعيف.
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to kill women and children as well who provided assistance against them.

٣٥٣٥٢ - حدثنا (محمد بن) (١) مصعب عن الاوزاعي قال: سالت الزهري عن العدو إذا ظهر عليهم (ايقتل) (٢) علوجهم؟ قال: كان عمر يقتل العلوج إذا ظهر ⦗٣٨٢⦘ عليهم ويسبون مع ذلك (٣).

(٣) منقطع؛ الزهري لا يروي عن عمر.
Hazrat Awza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Imam Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) about the enemy: when they are overpowered, should their messenger also be killed? He (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to kill the messenger when victory was achieved over them, and he would also take them captive along with that.

٣٥٣٥٣ - حدثنا يزيد عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا خرجت المراة من المشركين تقاتل فلتقتل.
Hazrat Hisham (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hasan Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When any woman from among the polytheists comes out to fight, then you should kill her.
