٣٥٣٢٤ - حدثنا عبد الله بن نمير وابو اسامة قالا: ثنا عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: وجدت امراة مقتولة بعض مغازي رسول الله ﷺ، فنهى رسول الله ﷺ عن قتل النساء والصبيان (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٣٠١٥)، ومسلم (١٧٤٤).
Hazrat Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: In one of the battles of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), a woman was found dead, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children.

٣٥٣٢٥ - حدثنا ابو خالد الاحمر (و) (١) عبد (الرحيم) (٢) بن سليمان عن حجاج عن الحكم عن مقسم عن ابن عباس ان النبي ﷺ نهى عن قتل النساء (٣).

(٢) في [أ، ب، هـ]: (عبد الرحمن).
(٣) منقطع حكمًا؛ حجاج مدلس أخرجه أحمد (٢٣١٦)، والطبراني (١٢٠٨٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the killing of women.

٣٥٣٢٦ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن ايوب قال: سمعت رجلا يحدث (بمنى) (١) عن ابيه قال: بعث رسول الله ﷺ سرية كنت فيها، قال: فنهانا ان نقتل العسفاء والوصفاء (٢) (٣).

(١) في [هـ]: (عني).
(٢) أي: الأجراء والمماليك.
(٣) مجهول؛ لإبهام الراوي، أخرجه أحمد (١٥٤٢٠)، وسعيد بن منصور (٢٦٢٨)، والبيهقي ٩/ ٩١، وعبد الرزاق (٩٣٧٩).
Ayub (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that in the valley of Mina, a man was quoting his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) dispatched an army, and I was also present in that army. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade us from killing servants and slaves.

٣٥٣٢٧ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن عبد الرحمن بن كعب عن عمه ان رسول الله ﷺ لما بعثه إلى ابن ابي الحقيق نهاه عن قتل النساء والولدان (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه الشافعي في المسند ٢/ ١١٨، والحميدي (٨٧٤)، وسعيد بن منصور (٢٦٢٧)، والبيهقي ٩/ ٧٨، والحازمي في الاعتبار ص ٢١٣، وعبد الرزاق (٩٣٨٥)، والطبراني ١٩/ (١٤٥)، وسيأتي في ١٤/ ٤٧٠ برقم [٣٩٦٦٨]، ورواه أحمد أيضًا كما في أطراف المسند لابن حجر ٨/ ٢٩٤، ومجمع الزوائد للهيثمي ٥/ ٣١٥، لكنه سقط من المطبوع.
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Ka'b narrates from his uncle that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) dispatched an army towards Ibn Abi Al-Huqaiq, he (peace be upon him) forbade them from killing women and children.

٣٥٣٢٨ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن علقمة بن مرثد عن سليمان بن بريدة عن ابيه قال: كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا بعث سرية او جيشا قال:"لا تقتلوا وليدا" (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه مسلم (١٧٣١)، وأحمد ٥/ ٣٥٨ (٢٣٠٨٠).
Hazrat Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would dispatch any expedition or army, he would instruct: Do not kill children.

٣٥٣٢٩ - حدثنا وكيع قال: (ثنا) (١) سفيان (٢) (عن) (٣) ابي الزناد عن المرقع (بن عبد الله) (٤) بن صيفي عن حنظلة الكاتب (٥) قال: غزونا مع ⦗٣٧٥⦘ (النبي) (٦) ﷺ فمررنا بامراة مقتولة، وقد اجتمع عليها الناس، قال: فافرجوا له فقال:"ما كانت هذه تقاتل فيمن يقاتل"، ثم قال لرجل:"انطلق إلى خالد ابن الوليد فقل له: إن رسول الله ﷺ يامرك يقول: لا تقتلن ذرية ولا عسيفا" (٧).

Hazrat Hanzala Katib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in a battle. We passed by a slain woman while people had gathered around her. The people made space for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: She was not fighting among those who fight! Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to a man: Go to Khalid bin Walid and tell him: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commands you that you must never kill children and servants.

٣٥٣٣٠ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: ثنا حسن بن صالح عن خالد بن (الغزر) (١) قال: حدثني انس بن مالك قال: كنت سفرة اصحابي (٢) وكنا إذا (استنفرنا) (٣) نزلنا بظهر المدينة حتى يخرج إلينا رسول الله ﷺ فيقول:"انطلقوا بسم الله وفي سبيل الله، تقاتلون اعداء الله في سبيل الله، لا تقتلوا شيخا فانيا، ولا طفلا صغيرا، ولا امراة ولا تغلوا" (٤).

Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I used to carry the provision bag of my companions, and when we were sent in the path of Allah, we would camp near Madinah. Until the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would come to us and say: With the name of Allah, go forth in the path of Allah… Fight the enemies of Allah in the path of Allah. Do not kill a very old person, nor small children, nor women, and do not be treacherous.

٣٥٣٣١ - حدثنا عبد الله بن نمير قال: ثنا عبيد الله عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: ⦗٣٧٦⦘ كتب عمر إلى امراء الاجناد ان لا تقتلوا امراة ولا صبيا، وان تقتلوا من جرت عليه (الموسى) (١) (٢).

(٢) صحيح.
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote a letter to the commanders of the armies that they should not kill women and children. And whoever uses a razor, meaning whoever is mature, kill him.

٣٥٣٣٢ - حدثنا محمد بن دفيل عن يزيد بن ابي زياد عن زيد بن وهب قال: اتانا كتاب عمر: لا تغلوا ولا تغدروا ولا تقتلوا وليدا واتقوا الله في الفلاحين (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف؛ لضعف يزيد بن أبي زياد.
Hazrat Zaid bin Wahb (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that we received a letter from Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): Do not commit treachery, nor betrayal, and do not kill children, and fear Allah regarding the farmers.

٣٥٣٣٣ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن يحيى بن سعيد قال: حدثت ان ابا بكر بعث جيوشا إلى الشام فخرج يتبع يزيد بن ابي سفيان فقال: إني اوصيك بعشر: لا تقتلن صبيا ولا امراة ولا كبيرا هرما، ولا تقطعن شجرا مثمرا، ولا (تخربن) (١) عامرا ولا (تعقن) (٢) شاة ولا (بقرة) (٣) (إلا) (٤) (لماكلة) (٥)، ولا تغرقن نخلا ولا (تحرقنه) (٦) ولا (تغل) (٧) ولا تجبن (٨).

(٨) منقطع؛ يحيى لم يدرك أبا بكر.
Hazrat Yahya bin Saeed (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that it was conveyed to me that Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) sent armies towards Syria. He (may Allah be pleased with him) set out and was walking behind Yazid bin Abu Sufyan. He (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Surely, I advise you with ten things: Never kill children, neither children nor women nor very old women, and do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. And never destroy inhabited land. And never slaughter goats or cows except for eating. And never cut down a date-palm tree from the top nor burn it, and do not commit treachery, and do not show cowardice.
