Sayyiduna Amr bin Yathrabi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed us in a sermon and said: "Beware! It is not lawful for any Muslim to take his brother's wealth, except for that which he gives willingly of his own accord." The narrator says: I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! What if I find my cousin's goats?" (After this, the narrator mentioned the entire hadith, in which these words are included, that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:) "If you find that goat in Khabat al-Hamish (this is the name of a deserted place), and at that time you are carrying a knife and the equipment to tie the goat, even then you cannot touch it." Imam Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) says: It has been stated that (Khabat al-Hamish) is a place between Makkah and its surroundings, it is a place where there is no settlement. In this chain, the narrator did not mention Ibn Abi Sa'id, however, the first narration is more authentic.

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not permissible to take the wealth of any Muslim except with his consent."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurrah Raqashi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his uncle that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The wealth of any Muslim can only be taken with his consent."

This narration is also transmitted with another chain of transmission.

Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“A believer’s wealth is as inviolable as his life.”
