Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The pledged item remains with the one who holds it, along with whatever is in it." This narrator named Isma'il used to fabricate hadith, and the attribution of this hadith to Qatadah and Hammad bin Salamah is false. And Allah knows best.

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A pledge is not bound (to the one with whom it is deposited); its benefits will be enjoyed by that person, and its liability will also be upon that person."

Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The pledge is not bound; its benefits will be enjoyed by the one with whom it is kept as collateral, and its liability will be upon him (the one with whom the pledge is kept)."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The pledged item is not considered seized for the one with whom it is deposited; its benefit will be for him, and its liability will be upon him."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A pledge is not bound, rather its benefit will be taken by that person and its liability will be upon you."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A pledge is not bound; a person benefits from it and its liability is upon him."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates something similar from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The mortgage does not become binding; you will benefit from it and its liability will be upon you."

Sa'id bin al-Musayyib narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "A pledge is not bound; its benefit is taken by the man and its liability is upon him."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A pledge is not bound; the pledge remains with the person with whom it has been deposited. That person benefits from it, and its liability is also upon him."
