Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
كِتَابُ الطَّلَاقِ
Book of Divorce
وَكَانَ عُمَرُ «إِذَا أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا أَوْجَعَ ظَهْرَهُ»
And Umar used to say: "If a man was brought who divorced his wife three times, he would be punished."
Hadith Number: 1074
نا نا سفيان، عن شقيق، سمع انس بن مالك ، يقول في الرجل يطلق امراته ثلاثا قبل ان يدخل بها , قال:" هي ثلاث، لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره" . وكان عمر إذا اتي به اوجعه.
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik and Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "Whoever gave his wife three divorces before consummation, she does not become lawful (for him), and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to punish such a man."

Hadith Number: 1075
نا نا سفيان، عن الزهري، قال سفيان: اظنه عن ابي سلمة، ان ابن عباس ، وابا هريرة ، وعبد الله بن عمرو , قالوا في الذي يطلق امراته ثلاثا قبل ان يدخل بها" إنها لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره" .
Abdullah bin Abbas, Abu Huraira, and Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "A woman who has been given three divorces before consummation is not lawful (for her first husband) until she marries another (man)."

Hadith Number: 1076
نا نا سفيان، وحماد بن زيد، وابو عوانة، عن عاصم، عن ابي وائل، عن ابن مسعود , فيمن طلق امراته ثلاثا قبل ان يدخل بها , قال:" لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever gives his wife three divorces before consummation, she is not lawful for him until she marries another (husband)."

Hadith Number: 1077
نا سفيان، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن عطاء , وجابر بن زيد، قالا: " إذا طلقت البكر ثلاثا فهي واحدة" .
Hazrat Ata and Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "If a virgin girl is given three divorces, they will be counted as only one."

Hadith Number: 1078
نا حماد بن زيد، عن ابي هاشم، عن إبراهيم , في الرجل يقول لامراته ولم يدخل بها: انت طالق، انت طالق، انت طالق ," بانت بالاولى، والثنتان ليس بشيء، وإن طلقها ثلاثا بفم واحد , لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If, before consummation, a man says to his wife three times: 'You are divorced,' then she will be separated by the first (divorce), and the remaining two do not count. But if he gives three divorces in a single statement, she will not be lawful (for him) without marrying another husband."

نا هشيم، عن جابر، عن الشعبي، عن مسروق، فيمن طلق امراته ثلاثا، ولم يدخل بها , قال:" لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره. وإذا قال: انت طالق، انت طالق، انت طالق، بانت بالاولى، ولم يكن الاخريان بشيء" .
Hazrat Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If three divorces are given, then a second marriage will be necessary, and if they are pronounced separately, then she will be separated after the first one and nothing else remains."

Hadith Number: 1080
نا نا هشيم، قال: انا مطرف، عن الحكم , انه قال: إذا قال:" هي طالق ثلاثا، لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره، وإذا قال: انت طالق، انت طالق، انت طالق، بانت بالاولى، ولم تكن الاخريان بشيء. فقيل له: عمن هذا يا ابا عبد الله؟ فقال: عن علي، وعبد الله، وزيد بن ثابت" .
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If he says that it is three divorces at once, then a second marriage will be necessary, and if he says them separately, then she will be separated after the first one. This is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali, Abdullah, and Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with them)."

نا ابو عوانة، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم , في الرجل يقول لامراته: انت طالق ثلاثا قبل ان يدخل بها , قال:" إن اخرجهن جميعا لم تحل له، فإذا اخرجهن تترى بانت بالاولى، والثنتان ليستا بشيء" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If three divorces are given at once before consummation, then a new marriage will be necessary; if they are given one by one, she will be separated after the first."

Hadith Number: 1082
نا هشيم , قال: انا مغيرة، قال: " إذا قال: انت طالق، انت طالق، انت طالق , قال: إذا كان كلاما متصلا لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره، وإذا قال: انت طالق , ثم سكت، ثم قال: انت طالق، انت طالق، بانت بالاولى، ولم تكن الاخريان شيئا" .
Hazrat Mughira (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the words of divorce are connected, then a new marriage (nikah) is necessary; if he says them separately and there is silence in between, then only the first divorce will be valid."

Hadith Number: 1083
نا هشيم، قال: انا مغيرة، عن الشعبي، عن عبد الله بن معقل المزني , انه قال: " إذا كان متصلا لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره" .
Hazrat Abdullah bin Ma’qil (may Allah be pleased with him) said:“If the speech is continuous, then a second marriage will be necessary.”
