بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي نَفَقَةِ الْحَامِلِ
Chapter: What is reported regarding the maintenance of a pregnant woman
Hadith Number: 1383
نا هشيم، قال: انا اشعث، عن الشعبي , عن شريح، انه كان يقول: " لها النفقة من جميع المال حتى تضع" .
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: All the wealth will be spent on a pregnant widow until the child is born.

Hadith Number: 1384
نا نا هشيم، قال: انا ابن ابي ليلى، واشعث، عن الشعبي، عن ابن مسعود ، انه كان يقول: " لها النفقة من جميع المال حتى تضع ما في بطنها" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: All the wealth will be spent on a pregnant widow until the burden of her womb is lightened.

Hadith Number: 1385
نا نا هشيم، قال: انا حجاج، عن عطاء، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " لا نفقة لها إلا من نصيبها" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The maintenance for a pregnant widow will be only from her own share.

Hadith Number: 1386
نا نا هشيم، قال: اخبرني من، سمع الحكم، يحدث عن ابي صادق، عن علي رضي الله عنه , انه كان يقول: " لها النفقة من جميع المال" .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: All the wealth will be spent on a pregnant widow.

Hadith Number: 1387
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول: " نفقتها من نصيبها" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The maintenance of a pregnant widow will be from her own share.

Hadith Number: 1388
نا نا هشيم، قال: انا ابن ابي ليلى، واشعث، عن ابي الزبير، عن جابر ، قال: " لا نفقة لها" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: There is no maintenance for a pregnant widow.

Hadith Number: 1389
نا هشيم، قال: انا عبيدة، عن إبراهيم، انه كان يقول في المطلقة ثلاثا، والمختلعة، والمتوفى عنها وهي حامل:" إن لهن السكنى والنفقة حتى تنقضي العدة" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A woman who has been given three divorces, a woman who has obtained khul‘, and a pregnant widow will all receive both maintenance and accommodation until the completion of their ‘iddah.

نا هشيم، قال: اخبرني من، سمع الحكم، يحدث عن إبراهيم، مثل ذلك.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said the same as mentioned above.

نا ابو شهاب، عن إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن الشعبي، في امراة بلغها ان زوجها مات , وقد انفقت ماله , قال:" يحسب ما انفقت من يوم مات زوجها، ويجعل من نصيبها" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a woman receives the news that her husband has passed away and she has spent some wealth, then the wealth she has spent will be counted from the day her husband passed away and it will be taken from her own share.

Hadith Number: 1392
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول في ام الولد إذا مات عنها وهي حامل:" إن ولدته حيا فنفقتها من نصيبه، وإن كان ميتا فمن جميع المال" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If an umm walad gives birth to a living child, then her maintenance is from the share of that child." If she gives birth to a dead child, then all the wealth will be spent.
