حَدِيثُ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ نُفَيْعِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ كَلَدَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Abu Bakrah Nufay‘ ibn al-Harith ibn Kuladah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 20513
قال عبد الله: وجدت هذا الحديث في كتاب ابي بخط يده: حدثنا عبيد الله بن محمد ، اخبرنا حماد بن سلمة ، اخبرنا علي بن زيد ، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة ، عن ابي بكرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" ارايتم إن كانت اسلم وغفار خيرا من الحليفين اسد وغطفان، اترونهم خسروا؟!" قالوا: نعم، قال:" افرايتم إن كانت مزينة وجهينة خيرا من بني تميم وعامر بن صعصعة ورفع حماد بها صوته يحكي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اترونهم خسروا؟!" قالوا: نعم، قال:" فإنهم خير منهم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Tell me, if in the sight of Allah the people of the tribes of Aslam and Ghifar are better than the tribes of Banu Asad and Banu Ghatafan, will they remain deprived and in loss? The people said: Yes! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Those people are better than them. Then he said: Tell me, if Juhainah and Muzainah are better than Banu Tamim and Banu Amir (who are both allies), will Banu Tamim and others be in loss? Saying this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his voice. The people said: Yes. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then they are better than them.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، خ: 3515، م: 2522، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لضعف على بن زيد، لكنه توبع
Hadith Number: 20514
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، اخبرنا علي بن زيد ، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة ، عن ابي بكرة " ان جبريل عليه السلام قال يا محمد اقرا القرآن على حرف، قال ميكائيل عليه السلام: استزده، فاستزاده، قال: فاقرا على حرفين، قال ميكائيل: استزده، فاستزاده، حتى بلغ سبعة احرف، قال: كل شاف كاف ما لم تختم آية عذاب برحمة، او آية رحمة بعذاب"، نحو قولك تعال واقبل، وهلم واذهب، واسرع واعجل .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Jibreel and Mikaeel came to me. Jibreel said to me, "Recite the Noble Qur'an on one mode (harf)." Mikaeel said, "Request for an increase in it." Then Jibreel said, "You may recite the Noble Qur'an on seven modes (ahruf), any one of which is sufficient and satisfactory, provided that you do not change a verse of mercy into one of punishment, or a verse of punishment into one of mercy, such as 'ta'al' and 'aqbil', 'halumma' and 'idhhab', 'isra' and 'i'jil'."
حكم دارالسلام: صحيح لغيره دون قوله فى آخره: نحو ذلك: تعال، وأقبل….. وهذا إسناد ضعيف لضعف على بن زيد
Hadith Number: 20515
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، اخبرنا علي بن زيد ، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة ، عن ابيه ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من قتل نفسا معاهدة بغير حقها، لم يجد رائحة الجنة، وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة مائة عام" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The fragrance of Paradise can be perceived from a distance of one hundred years. Whoever unjustly kills a person with whom there is a treaty, Allah makes the fragrance of Paradise forbidden for him.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد ضعيف من أجل على بن زيد
Hadith Number: 20516
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا مبارك بن فضالة ، عن الحسن ، اخبرني ابو بكرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يصلي، فإذا سجد وثب الحسن على ظهره وعلى عنقه، فيرفع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رفعا رفيقا لئلا يصرع، قال: فعل ذلك غير مرة، فلما قضى صلاته، قالوا: يا رسول الله، رايناك صنعت بالحسن شيئا ما رايناك صنعته! قال:" إنه ريحانتي من الدنيا، وإن ابني هذا سيد، وعسى الله ان يصلح به بين فئتين من المسلمين" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once he was leading the people in prayer. When he would go into prostration, Imam Hasan would jump and ride on the back of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He did this several times. Upon this, some people began to say, "The way you treat this child, we have never seen you treat anyone else like that." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "This son of mine is a leader, and Allah Almighty will bring reconciliation between two groups of Muslims through him." Hasan says, "By Allah, after he became caliph, not even as much blood as comes from a single prick was shed."
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد حسن
Hadith Number: 20517
حدثنا هاشم ، حدثنا مبارك ، عن الحسن ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " لن يفلح قوم تملكهم امراة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: That nation will not succeed which entrusts its affairs to a woman.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد حسن
Hadith Number: 20518
حدثنا هاشم ، حدثنا المبارك ، عن الحسن ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا تواجه المسلمان بسيفيهما وكلاهما يريد ان يقتل صاحبه، فقتل احدهما الآخر، فهما في النار"، قيل: يا رسول الله، هذا القاتل، فما بال المقتول؟! قال:" لانه اراد قتل صاحبه" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When two Muslims come face to face with swords and one of them kills the other, then both the killer and the killed will go to Hell. Someone asked, "O Messenger of Allah, the matter of the killer is understandable, but what about the killed one?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: He also intended to kill his companion.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، خ: 31، م: 2888، وهذا إسناد منقطع، الحسن لم يسمعه من أبى بكرة
Hadith Number: 20519
حدثنا مؤمل ، حدثنا حماد بن زيد ، اخبرنا ايوب ، ويونس ، وهشام ، والمعلي بن زياد ، عن الحسن ، عن الاحنف ، عن ابي بكرة، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا تواجه المسلمان بسيفيهما، فقتل احدهما صاحبه، فهما في النار جميعا" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When two Muslims come face to face with swords drawn and one of them kills the other, then both the killer and the killed will go to Hell.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، خ: 31، م: 2888، مؤمل سي الحفظ لكنه توبع
Hadith Number: 20520
حدثنا مؤمل ، حدثنا حماد ، اخبرنا علي بن زيد ، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة ، عن ابيه قال: وصف رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات يوم صفة الدجال وصفة ابويه، قال: " يمكث ابوا الدجال ثلاثين سنة لا يولد لهما، ثم يولد لهما ابن مسرور مختون، اقل شيء نفعا واضره، تنام عيناه ولا ينام قلبه" فذكره، إلا انه قال: ثم ولد لنا هذا اعور مسرورا مختونا، اقل شيء نفعا واضره .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The parents of the Dajjal will remain for thirty years in such a state that they will have no children. Then a child will be born to them who will be one-eyed, his harm will be greater and his benefit less. His eyes will sleep but his heart will not sleep... Then the narrator mentioned the complete hadith.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف لضعف على بن زيد ومؤمل بن إسماعيل
Hadith Number: 20521
حدثنا بهز ، حدثنا همام ، اخبرنا قتادة ، عن الحسن ، عن ابي بكرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يقولن احدكم إني قمت رمضان كله"، قال قتادة فالله اعلم اخشي التزكية على امته، او يقول لا بد من راقد او غافل؟ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should say, "I stood (in prayer) for the entire Ramadan," (because there is no way to avoid negligence or falling asleep; it is possible that one may sleep through a day).
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف، الحسن مدلس، وقد عنعن
Hadith Number: 20522
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة ، قال: كتب ابو بكرة إلى ابنه وهو عامل بسجستان ان لا تقضي بين رجلين وانت غضبان، فإني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " لا يقض حكم بين اثنين او خصمين وهو غضبان" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: No ruler should decide between two men while he is angry.
