بَابُ حُجَّةِ مَنْ رَأَى عَدَمَ نَقْضِ الْوُضُوءِ بِمَسِّ الذَّكَرِ
Chapter on the Evidence of Those Who Hold That Touching the Penis Does Not Invalidate Ablution
Hadith Number: 789
(وعنه من طريق ثالث) عن ابيه قال: قال رجل: يا رسول الله! ايتوضا احدنا إذا مس ذكره في الصلاة؟ قال: ((هل هو إلا منك، او بضعة منك))
(Third chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talq (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man said: O Messenger of Allah! If one of us touches his private part during prayer, should he perform ablution? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is only a part of your body, (there is no need to perform ablution because of it).

Chapter on Ablution After Touching or Kissing a Woman
Hadith Number: 790
عن عروة بن الزبير عن عائشة رضي الله عنها ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قبل بعض نسائه ثم خرج إلى الصلاة ولم يتوضا، قال عروة: قلت لها: من هي إلا انت؟ فضحكت
It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) kissed one of his wives and then went for prayer without performing ablution. I (Urwah) said: Was that wife you? Upon hearing this, Sayyida (Aisha) smiled.

Hadith Number: 791
عن عائشة رضي الله عنها ايضا قالت: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يتوضا ثم يصلي ثم يقبل ويصلي ولا يتوضا
Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would perform ablution and offer prayer, then kiss his wife, and then offer more prayers without performing ablution again.

Hadith Number: 792
عن ابي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن عن عائشة رضي الله عنها زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم انها قالت: كنت انام بين يدي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ورجلي في قبلته، فإذا سجد غمزني فقبضت رجلي وإذا قام بسطتهما والبيوت ليس يومئذ فيها مصابيح
It is narrated from the wife of the Messenger, Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: I used to sleep in front of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and my legs would be in the direction of the Qiblah. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) would go into prostration, he would press me and I would draw up my legs, then when he (peace and blessings be upon him) would stand up, I would stretch them out again. In those days, there were no lamps in the houses.

Chapter on Ablution After Vomiting, Regurgitation, and Nosebleed
Hadith Number: 793
عن معدان بن ابي طلحة ان ابا الدرداء رضي الله عنه اخبره ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قاء فافطر، قال: فلقيت ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم في مسجد دمشق فقلت: إن ابا الدرداء اخبرني ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قاء فافطر، قال: صدق، انا صببت له وضوءه
Ma’dan bin Abi Talhah says: Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) informed me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) vomited and then broke his fast. After that, when I met the Messenger’s freed slave, Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him), in the mosque of Damascus, I told him that Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) had informed me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) vomited and then broke his fast. He said: Yes, he spoke the truth. Then I poured the water for the ablution of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).

Hadith Number: 794
(وعنه من طريق آخر) عن ابي الدرداء رضي الله عنه قال: استقاء رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فافطر فاتي بماء فتوضا
(Second chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) vomited on his own, so he broke his fast. Then water was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and he performed ablution.

بَابُ الْوُضُوءِ مِنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْإِبِلِ
Chapter on Ablution After Eating Camel Meat
Hadith Number: 795
عن جابر بن سمرة رضي الله عنه قال: كنت قاعدا مع النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فاتاه رجل فقال: يا رسول الله! ااتوضا من لحوم الغنم؟ قال: ((إن شئت توضا منه وإن شئت لا توضا منه)) قال: افاتوضا من لحوم الإبل؟ قال: ((نعم، فتوضا من لحوم الإبل)) قال: فنصلي في مبارك الإبل؟ قال: ((لا)) قال: انصلي في مرابض الغنم؟ قال: ((نعم، صل في مرابض الغنم))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I was sitting with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! Should we perform ablution after eating goat meat? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If you wish, perform ablution, and if you wish, do not perform ablution. He said: Then should we perform ablution after eating camel meat? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes, perform ablution after eating camel meat. He said: Should we pray in the enclosures of camels? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No. He said: Should we pray in the enclosures of goats? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes, pray in the enclosures of goats.

Hadith Number: 796
عن البراء بن عازب رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم مثله
Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) has also narrated a similar hadith from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

Hadith Number: 797
عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي ليلى عن ذي الغرة رضي الله عنه قال: عرض اعرابي لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يسير، فقال: يا رسول الله! تدركنا الصلاة ونحن في اعطان الإبل افنصلي فيها؟ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((لا)) قال: افنتوضا من لحومها؟ قال: ((نعم)) قال: افنصلي في مرابض الغنم؟ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((نعم)) قال: افنتوضا من لحومها؟ قال: ((لا))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Dhu al-Ghurrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Bedouin came before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was walking. He said: O Messenger of Allah! If the time for prayer comes while we are in the enclosures of camels, should we pray in them? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No. He said: Should we perform ablution with their meat? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes. He said: Should we pray in the enclosures of goats? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes. He said: Should we perform ablution with their meat? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No.

حكم: ھو صحيح لكن من حديث البراء بن عازب
Hadith Number: 798
عن اسيد بن حضير رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم انه سئل عن البان الإبل، قال: ((توضاوا من البانها)) وسئل عن البان الغنم، فقال: ((لا توضاوا من البانها))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Usaid bin Hudair (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about performing ablution with the milk of camels. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Perform ablution with their milk. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the milk of goats, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not perform ablution with their milk.
