اخبارُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِخُرُوجِ الدَّجَّالِ وَالْمَكَانِ الَّذِي يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ وَذِكْرُ أَوْصَافِهِ وَأَتْبَاعِهِ وَفَتَنَتِهِ وَالتَّحْذِيرُ مِنْهُ وَغَيْرُ ذَلِكَ
The Prophet's (peace be upon him) informing about the emergence of the Dajjal, the place from which he will emerge, his descriptions, his followers, his tribulation, the warning against him, and more
Hadith Number: 13001
وعن عبادة بن الصامت رضي الله عنه انه قال: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ”إني قد حدثتكم عن الدجال حتى خشيت ان لا تعقلوا، إن مسيح الدجال رجل قصير افحج جعد اعور مطموس العينين ليس بناتئة ولا حجزاء فإن البس عليكم“ قال يزيد (احد الرواة): ”ربكم، فاعلموا ان ربكم تبارك وتعالى ليس باعور وإنكم لن تروا ربكم تبارك وتعالى حتى تموتوا“ قال يزيد: ”تروا ربكم حتى تموتوا“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna ‘Ubada bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: I have already informed you about the Dajjal, but I fear that perhaps you may not recognize him. (Remember that) the Messiah Dajjal will be of short stature, the front part of his feet will be close together and his heels will be far apart, his hair will be curly, his eye will be so deformed that it will be neither protruding nor sunken. If, despite this, the matter becomes confusing for you, then know that your Lord is not one-eyed, and you cannot see Allah Almighty before you die.

منْ يَعْصِمُهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ
Those whom Allah will protect from the tribulation of the Dajjal
Hadith Number: 13002
وعن ابي قلابة قال: رايت رجلا بالمدينة وقد طاف الناس به وهو يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، فإذا رجل من اصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: فسمعته وهو يقول: ”إن من بعدكم الكذاب المضل وإن راسه من بعده حبك حبك حبك ثلاث مرات وإنه سيقول انا ربكم فمن قال: لست ربنا، لكن ربنا الله عليه توكلنا وإليه انبنا نعوذ بالله من شرك لم يكن له عليه سلطان“
Abu Qilabah says: I saw a man in Madinah Munawwarah around whom people had gathered, and he was narrating hadiths saying, "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said." He was a companion of the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Then I heard him narrate: "After you, a misleading liar will come, his hair at the back of his head will be curly, curly, curly, and he will say that he is your Lord. Whoever says to him: 'You are not our Lord, our Lord is Allah, in Him we have placed our trust, to Him we turn, and from your evil we seek refuge with Allah,' then the liar will have no power over him."

Hadith Number: 13003
وعن هشام بن عامر رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ”إن راس الدجال من ورائه حبك حبك، فمن قال: انت ربي، افتتن ومن قال: كذبت، ربي الله، عليه توكلت فلا يضره او قال: فلا فتنة عليه“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hisham bin ‘Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The hair on the back of Dajjal’s head will be curly. Whoever says to him,“You are my Lord,”will fall into tribulation, but whoever says to him,“You are a liar, my Lord is Allah and I place my trust in Him,”then Dajjal will not be able to harm him, or he said: there will be no tribulation for him from Dajjal.

Hadith Number: 13004
وعن حذيفة بن اليمان رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ”لانا اعلم بما مع الدجال من الدجال، معه نهران، يجريان احدهما راي العين ماء ابيض والآخر راي العين نار تاجج فإن ادركن واحدا منكم فليات النهر الذي يراه نارا فليغمض، ثم ليطاطئ راسه فليشرب، فإنه ماء بارد، وإن الدجال ممسوح العين اليسرى عليها ظفرة غليظة، مكتوب بين عينيه ’’كافر‘‘ يقرؤه كل مؤمن كاتب وغير كاتب“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhaifah bin Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I know what the Dajjal will have with him. He will have two flowing rivers; the water of one will appear white and the other river will appear as blazing fire. If any of you faces such circumstances, he should enter the river which he sees as fire, close his eyes, lower his head, and drink from it; that will be cool water. The Dajjal’s left eye will be obliterated, there will be a thick membrane over it, and between his eyes will be written "Kafir" (disbeliever). Every literate and illiterate believer will be able to read this word.

وعنه ايضا قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ”الدجال اعور العين اليسرى جفال الشعر، معه جنة ونار، فناره جنة وجنته نار“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah bin Yaman, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The Dajjal will be blind in the left eye, his hair will be very thick, he will have with him a paradise and a hell, but his hell will in reality be paradise and his paradise will in reality be hell.

وعن المغيرة بن شعبة رضي الله عنه قال ما سال احد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم عن الدجال اكثر مما سالته عنه فقال لي ”اي بني وما ينصبك منه إنه لن يضرك“ قال قلت يا رسول الله إنهم يزعمون ان معه جبال الخبز وانهار الماء فقال ”هو اهون على الله عز وجل من ذاك“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: No one asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) as many questions about the Dajjal as I did. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: Son! Why are you worried? He will never be able to harm you. I said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! People say that he will have mountains of bread and rivers of water with him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Even then, he will be insignificant and despicable in the sight of Allah Almighty.

وعن سمرة بن جندب رضي الله عنه ان نبي الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم كان يقول ”إن الدجال خارج وهو اعور عين الشمال عليها ظفرة غليظة وإنه يبرئ الاكمه والابرص ويحيي الموتى ويقول للناس انا ربكم فمن قال انت ربي فقد فتن ومن قال ربي الله حتى يموت فقد عصم من فتنته ولا فتنة بعده عليه ولا عذاب فيلبث في الارض ما شاء الله ثم يجيء عيسى بن مريم عليهما السلام من قبل المغرب مصدق بمحمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم وعلى ملته فيقتل الدجال ثم إنما هو قيام الساعة“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The Dajjal will appear; he will be blind in his left eye, and there will be a thick film over it. He will cure those who are congenitally blind and those suffering from leprosy, and he will bring the dead back to life. He will say to the people: I am your Lord. Whoever accepts him as their Lord will fall into tribulation, but whoever says to him: My Lord is Allah Almighty, and remains steadfast upon this until death, will be safe from his tribulation, and after that, no trial or punishment will befall him, as long as Allah wills. The Dajjal will remain on the earth, and then from the direction of the west, ‘Isa ibn Maryam (peace be upon him) will come, confirming the prophethood and messengership of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and following his religion, and he will kill the Dajjal. After that, the Hour will be established.

مُدَّةُ مَكْثِ الدَّجَّالِ بَعْدَ ظُهُورِهِ وَقَتْلُهُ الرَّجُلَ الْمُؤْمِنَ يُقَالُ إِنَّهُ الْخَضِرُ ثُمَّ اِحْيَاتُهُ وَعَدْمُ تَسَلُّطِهِ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ وَ هَلَاكُ الدَّجَّالِ
The duration of the Dajjal's stay after his appearance, his killing of the believing man (said to be al-Khidr), his resurrection, the Dajjal's inability to harm others, and his destruction
Hadith Number: 13008
عن ابي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال حدثنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم حديثا طويلا عن الدجال فقال فيما يحدثنا قال ”تاتي الدجال وهو محرم عليه ان يدخل نقاب المدينة فيخرج إليه رجل يومئذ وهو خير الناس او من خيرهم فيقول اشهد انك الدجال الذي حدثنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم حديثه فيقول الدجال ارايتم إن قتلت هذا ثم احييته اتشكون في الامر فيقولون لا فيقتله ثم يحييه فيقول حين يحيا والله ما كنت قط اشد بصيرة فيك مني الآن قال فيريد قتله الثانية فلا يسلط عليه“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, who says: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, narrated to us a lengthy hadith about the Dajjal, in which he, peace and blessings be upon him, also said: When the Dajjal comes, it will be forbidden for him to enter the paths of Madinah Munawwarah. The best man of that time will go to the Dajjal and say to him: I bear witness that you are indeed the Dajjal about whom the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, warned us. Hearing this, the Dajjal will say to the people: What do you think, if I kill this man and then bring him back to life, will you still have any doubt about me? They will say: No. So the Dajjal will kill that man and then bring him back to life. After being brought back to life, the man will say: By Allah! I now have more insight about your being the Dajjal than I had before. Then the Dajjal will try to kill him again, but he will not be able to kill him.

Hadith Number: 13009
وعن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه انه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ”يخرج الدجال في خفقة من الدين وإدبار من العلم فله اربعون ليلة يسيحها في الارض اليوم منها كالسنة واليوم منها كالشهر واليوم منها كالجمعة ثم سائر ايامه كايامكم هذه“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The Dajjal will emerge at a time when religion will be weak and knowledge will be taken away. At that time, the Dajjal will appear. He will remain for forty days; one of those days will be like a year, one day will be like a month, and one day will be like a week, and the remaining days will be like ordinary days.

وعن اسماء بنت يزيد رضي الله عنها قالت قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ”يمكث الدجال في الارض اربعين سنة السنة كالشهر والشهر كالجمعة والجمعة كاليوم واليوم كاضطرام السعفة في النار“
It is narrated from Sayyida Asma bint Yazid, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The Dajjal will remain on the earth for forty years; one of his years will be like a month, one month like a week, one week like a day, and one day will be like the moment in which a dry leaf burns in the fire.
