سنن سعید بن منصور
Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَلا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَاءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُوا}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called.}
Hadith Number: 461
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The witness is the one who is present, not the one who is absent."

Hadith Number: 462
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When you have testimony and you are called to give testimony, then present it."

Hadith Number: 463
نا هشيم ، وخالد ، وإسماعيل ، عن يونس بن عبيد ، عن الحسن , قال: " إذا دعي ليشهد، وإذا دعي ليقيمها، فكلاهما" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone is called to give testimony or is called to establish testimony, then in both cases he should be present."

Hadith Number: 464
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If you are called to testify and you have forgotten, then do not give testimony."

Hadith Number: 465
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If you are called to give testimony and you dislike it, then if you wish, do not give testimony."

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَلا يُضَارَّ كَاتِبٌ وَلا شَهِيدٌ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And let no scribe be harmed nor any witness.}
Hadith Number: 466
نا نا سفيان ، عن عمرو بن دينار ، عن عكرمة , قال:" كان عمر يقرا: ولا يضار كاتب ولا شهيد سورة البقرة آية 282" .
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite this verse in this way «وَلَا يُضَارَّ كَاتِبٌ وَلَا شَهِيدٌ» .
تخریج الحدیث: «انفرد به المصنف من هذا الطريق»
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ وَلَمْ تَجِدُوا كَاتِبًا فَرِهَانٌ مَقْبُوضَةٌ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And if you are on a journey and cannot find a scribe, then a security deposit should be taken.}
Hadith Number: 467
نا نا سفيان ، عن يزيد بن ابي زياد ، عن مقسم ، عن ابن عباس , انه قرا: فإن لم تجدوا كتابا، فقال:" قد يوجد الكتاب، ولا توجد الدواة، ولا الصحيفة" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) recited this verse as: «فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا كِتَابًا» , then said: Sometimes one finds the book, but does not find the inkpot and paper.

Hadith Number: 468
نا نا هشيم ، قال: نا يزيد ، عن مقسم ، عن ابن عباس ، انه كان يقرا: فإن لم تجدوا كتابا، قال:" يعني: الكاتب، والصحيفة، والدواة، والقلم" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to recite this verse as: «فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا كُتَّابًا» , and said: That is, the scribe, paper, inkwell, and pen are not found.

Hadith Number: 469
نا حماد بن زيد ، عن الزبير بن الخريت ، عن عكرمة ، في قوله عز وجل: " فإن لم تجدوا كتابا"، وقال:" ارايت إن وجدوا كاتبا، ولم يجدوا الصحيفة، والدواة" .
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the verse: ﴿فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا كُتَّابًا﴾: Tell me, if they find someone to write, but do not find paper and ink, then what will happen?

Hadith Number: 470
Humaid Al-A'raj (may Allah have mercy on him) used to recite: "fa ruhunun maqbudah."
