It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "From Allah's earth, His chosen land is the land of Sham, and in Sham there are many servants of Allah who are beloved to Allah, and in my Ummah there is also a group who will enter Paradise without reckoning or punishment."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The day of Jumu'ah is the most virtuous in the sight of Allah Almighty."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Abu Umairah Muzani that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said about Sayyiduna Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him): "O Allah! Make him a guide and one who is guided, grant him guidance and guide others through him."

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Teach Muawiyah the knowledge of accounting and save him from punishment." This hadith is narrated from Sayyiduna Irbad bin Sariyah, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas, Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Abu Umairah Muzani, Sayyiduna Muslamah bin Makhlad (may Allah be pleased with them), and it has also been narrated mursal by Shurayh bin Ubaid and Hariz bin Uthman.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent for Sayyiduna Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) to write something for him. He replied that he was eating food. Then the message was sent again. He replied: He is eating food. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah never fill his stomach."

Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and I prayed the Maghrib prayer with him. When he finished the prayer, he continued to pray (supererogatory) prayers until the ‘Isha prayer. When he finished the ‘Isha prayer and came out, I followed behind him. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked:“Who is this?”I said: Hudhayfah. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“O Allah! Forgive Hudhayfah and his mother.”

Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) happy and cheerful, so I said, "O Messenger of Allah! Pray to Allah for me." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O Allah! Forgive Aisha's earlier and later sins, and her hidden and open (all) sins." (Out of happiness) Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) began to laugh, so much so that her head fell into the lap of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked: "Did my supplication make you happy?" She said: "Why should your supplication not make me happy?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "By Allah! I make this supplication for my Ummah in every prayer."

Aisha bint Sa’d narrates from her father that food was placed before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“O Allah! Bring to this food a man whom You love and who loves You.”Just then, Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) arrived.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that I filled and kept water for ablution (in a vessel) for the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was at the house of my maternal aunt Maymunah. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out, he asked: "Who placed the water for ablution?" My aunt said: "O Messenger of Allah! My nephew did." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Grant him understanding in the religion and teach him the interpretation (of the Qur'an)."

Muhammad bin Usamah narrates from his father that Sayyiduna Ja'far, Sayyiduna Ali, and Sayyiduna Zaid bin Harithah (may Allah be pleased with them) gathered together. Sayyiduna Ja'far said: "I am the most beloved to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) among you." Sayyiduna Zaid said: "I am more beloved to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) than both of you." They said: "Let us go to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and ask him." Sayyiduna Usamah bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) says: They all came and sought permission from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Go and see, who are they?" I said: "Ja'far, Ali, and Zaid, my father! What should I say to them?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give them permission to enter." They all came in and said: "Who is the most beloved to you?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fatimah." They said: "We are asking about the men." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Ja'far! Your character resembles my character and your physical appearance resembles my physical appearance, and you are from me and from my lineage. Ali! You are my son-in-law, the father of my children (Hasan and Husayn), and you are from me and I am from you. And Zaid! You are my friend, you are from me, I am your guardian, and you are the most beloved to me among the people."
