Loving Ansar is a sign of faith
Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "While a group of the noble Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) was sitting around him, he said: 'Pledge allegiance to me on the condition that you will not associate anything with Allah, and you will not steal, and you will not commit adultery, and you will not kill your children, and you will not slander anyone by fabricating a falsehood which you invent between your hands and feet (i.e., deliberately), and you will not disobey (Allah and His Messenger) in any good matter. Whoever among you fulfills this pledge, his reward is with Allah. And whoever falls into any of these (evil) matters and is punished for it in this world, then that punishment will be an expiation for him. And whoever falls into any of these (evil) matters and Allah conceals it for him (in this world), then his case is with Allah: if He wills, He will pardon him, and if He wills, He will punish him.' (Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) says:) We all pledged allegiance to him (peace and blessings be upon him) on these matters."

Fleeing from tribulations is part of religion
Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah said: "There will soon come a time when the best wealth of a Muslim will be sheep which he will take to the tops of mountains and places of rainfall, fleeing with his religion from tribulations."

Prophet knows Allah most
Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would command people (to do good deeds), he would command them to do such deeds that they could (always) perform (he never encouraged them to perform burdensome acts of worship). (Once) the noble companions (may Allah be pleased with them) submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! We are not like you. Surely Allah has forgiven all your past and future sins (therefore, we should worship more than you)." Upon this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) became angry until the effect of anger appeared on his (blessed) face. Then he said: "I am the one among you who knows Allah the most and fears Him the most."

Believers excel each other in deeds
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "(When) the people of Paradise will have entered Paradise and the people of Hell will have entered Hell, then after that Allah Almighty will say (to the angels): 'Whoever has in his heart even a mustard seed's weight of faith, take him out (from Hell).' So they will be taken out from Hell, and they will have become blackened (by burning). Then they will be thrown into the stream of Hayat (rain) or the stream of Life." These words of doubt are from Imam Malik (who is one of the narrators of the hadith). "Then they will become fresh as a seed grows fresh in the flow of water. (O person!) Have you not seen that it comes out yellow and intertwined?"

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "While I was sleeping, I saw (in a dream) that people were being presented before me and they were wearing shirts. Some shirts reached only up to their chests, and some were even shorter, and 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) was also presented before me, and the shirt he was wearing was so long that he was dragging it (as he walked)." The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked, "O Messenger of Allah! How did you interpret it?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "(The shirt) means religion."

If they repent, pray, and pay zakat, let them be
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no deity except Allah and that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah, and establish prayer and give zakat. So when they do this, they will have protected their blood and their wealth from me except by the right of Islam, and their reckoning is with Allah."

When Islam means only outward submission
Narrated from Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave (wealth) to some people while Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) was sitting there. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) left out a person (i.e., did not give him) who seemed to me the best among them, so I said,“O Messenger of Allah! What is the reason that you ignored such-and-such person? By Allah, I consider him a believer.”The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said,“(You consider him) a believer or a Muslim?”I remained silent for a while, then what I knew about that person compelled me, so I repeated my statement, that is, I said,“What is the reason that you ignored such-and-such person? By Allah, I consider him a believer.”The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said,“(You consider him) a believer or a Muslim?”Then I remained silent for a while. After that, what I knew about that person compelled me, so I repeated my statement again, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also gave the same reply again. Finally, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said,“O Sa’d! Sometimes I give to a person out of fear that (if he is not given, he might become a disbeliever and) Allah may throw him headlong into the Fire, even though another person is dearer to me than him. (I do not give to the latter because I do not have such a concern about him).”

Ingratitude to husband is also disbelief, but types differ
Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:“(Once) Hell was shown to me and I saw that the majority of its inhabitants were women. The reason is that they commit disbelief.”It was asked,“Do they disbelieve in Allah?”He (peace be upon him) replied:“They are ungrateful to their husbands and do not acknowledge favors. (It happens) that if you do good to a woman for a long time and then she sees something (displeasing) from you, she will immediately say, ‘I have never received any good from you.’”
