Women going out for toilet is allowed
Narrated from Ummul Momineen Aisha Siddiqa Tayyiba Tahira (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the wives of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would go out at night for relieving themselves, they would go towards Manasi’ (which means a spacious mound). Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) that you should make your wives observe veiling, but the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) did not do so. Then one night at the time of Isha, Ummul Momineen Sawda (may Allah be pleased with her), that is, the wife of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), went out and she was a tall woman. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), out of the desire that the command of veiling be revealed, called out,“Be aware, O Sawda! We have recognized you.”So Allah the Exalted revealed the command of veiling.

Using stones for cleaning is Sunnah
`Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I walked behind the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) while he had gone out to relieve himself, and it was his habit that he would not look here and there. So I came close to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Find me some stones so that I may purify myself with them." (Or he said some words similar to this.) "And do not bring me any bones or dung." So I brought some stones in the edge of my garment and placed them beside the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and then I moved away from him. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had finished relieving himself, he used the stones.

Prohibition of cleaning with dung
Narrated Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to relieve himself and ordered me to bring him three stones. I found two stones and searched for a third but could not find it, so I brought a piece of dried dung and brought it to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took the two stones and threw away the dung, and said: "This is impure."

Washing limbs thrice in ablution
('Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Humran, the freed slave of Hazrat Uthman, informed that) Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) called for a vessel of water and poured water on his palms three times and washed them. (Then he took water in his hand) and rinsed his mouth and cleaned his nose. Then he washed his face three times and both hands up to the elbows three times, then wiped his head, then washed both his feet up to the ankles three times. Then he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ablution like this ablution of mine and then offers two units of prayer in which he does not talk to himself with his heart, all his past sins will be forgiven."

‘And in another hadith,’ Amir al-Mu’minin Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) said (after performing ablution): I will tell you a hadith; if there were not a verse of the Qur’an, I would not have told you this hadith. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say:“Whoever performs ablution well and then offers prayer (any obligatory prayer), then the sins committed between that prayer and the next prayer will be forgiven.”(Urwah said): That verse (from Surah Al-Baqarah) is:“Indeed, those who conceal what We have sent down of clear proofs and guidance…”till the end.
