Mukhtasar Sahih Bukhari
Lying on back in mosque is permissible
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zaid Ansari, may Allah be pleased with him, that he saw the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, lying on his back in the mosque with one of his legs placed over the other.
Praying in market mosques is permissible
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The prayer in congregation is superior in reward by twenty-five (25) degrees to the prayer offered at home or in the market, because when one of you performs ablution and does it well, and then goes to the mosque with the sole intention of offering prayer, then for every step he takes, Allah raises him one degree and forgives him one sin, until he enters the mosque. When he enters, he is considered to be in prayer as long as the prayer keeps him there, and the angels continue to pray for him as long as he remains at the place where he offered the prayer. The angels pray: "O Allah! Forgive his sins. O Allah! Have mercy on him." (This prayer continues) as long as he does not lose his ablution.
Interlocking fingers in mosque
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "A believer to another believer is like a building, each part of which strengthens the other." And he (peace be upon him) interlaced his fingers.
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led us in one of the two prayers after the sun had passed its zenith. He led us in two rak‘ahs and then said the salam. Then he stood by a piece of wood that was fixed in the mosque and leaned against it as if he was angry, and he placed his right hand on his left and interlaced his fingers (i.e., he inserted the fingers of one hand into those of the other), and he placed his right cheek on the back of his left palm. The hasty people left through the doors of the mosque. The companions said,“Has the prayer been shortened?”Among the people were Abu Bakr and ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), but they were afraid to speak to him. Among them was a man whose hands were long, and he was called Dhu’l-Yadayn. He said,“O Messenger of Allah! Did you forget, or has the prayer been shortened?”He said,“I did not forget, nor has the prayer been shortened (to my knowledge).”Then he (the Prophet) said (to the people),“Is it as Dhu’l-Yadayn says?”The people said,“Yes.”So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) moved forward and completed what he had left of the prayer. After that, he said the salam, then said the takbeer and performed a prostration like his usual prostrations or perhaps a little longer. Then he raised his head and said the takbeer, then said the takbeer again and performed another prostration like his usual prostrations or perhaps a little longer. Then he raised his head and said the takbeer, and then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said the salam.
Mosques on Medina’s roads and places Prophet prayed
`Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to pray at certain places on the road and would say that he had seen the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) praying at those places.
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed ‘Umrah or Hajj, he would also stop at (the place of) Dhul-Hulaifah. And when he returned from any expedition and passed through that route, or was on Hajj or ‘Umrah, he would descend into the valley. Then, when he ascended from the depth of the valley, he would make the camel kneel at that Batha’ which is on the edge of the valley towards the east. Then, in the last part of the night, he would rest there until morning came. (This place where the Prophet, peace be upon him, used to rest) is not near the mosque built of stones, nor on the mound on which the mosque is situated. Rather, there was a spring at that place, and Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to pray near it, and there were some sand dunes inside it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray there. Then, a flood came from the Batha’ and flowed until it reached the place where Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to pray.
Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered prayer at the place where the small mosque is, which is near the mosque that is on the elevation of Rauha. And Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) knew the place where the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had prayed. He used to say that it is on your right side when you stand to pray in the mosque, and this mosque is on the right edge of the road when you are going towards Makkah. There is a distance of about a stone's throw between it and the big mosque.
`Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to pray at the foot of that hill which is at the far end of Rauha, and (while going to Makkah) the edge of this hill is between the mosque and the far end of Rauha. And at that place, another mosque has been built, but Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not pray in that mosque; rather, he would leave it behind on his left side and would go ahead to pray specifically at the foot of the hill. And Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to set out from Rauha in the morning, and he would not pray the Zuhr prayer until he reached that place, so he would pray Zuhr there. And when coming from Makkah, if he reached that place a little before Fajr or in the last part of the night, he would stay there until he prayed the Fajr prayer at that place.
Narrated Abdullah (bin Umar) (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) used to dismount near (the place of) Ruwaitha, on the right side of the road and in front of the road, under a dense tree, in a spacious and soft area, until he would come out from that mound which is about two miles from Buraid Ruwaitha. The upper part of that tree is broken, and it is bent in the middle, standing on its root, and there are many (sand) mounds at its root.
Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also offered prayer at the edge of that mound which is behind (the place) ‘Arj, when you are going towards (the village of) Hazbah. Near this mosque, there are two or three graves, and stones are placed on the graves. (There, the Prophet, peace be upon him, offered prayer on the right side of the road, near the stones of the road, between those very stones.) After the sun had passed its zenith at noon, Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) would depart from the place of ‘Arj and offer the Zuhr prayer in this mosque (meaning that a mosque had been built between those stones).
