Hadith Number: 688
وعن ابي مسعود رضي الله تعالى عنه،‏‏‏‏ قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: «‏‏‏‏لا تشتروا السمك في الماء،‏‏‏‏ فإنه غرر» رواه احمد،‏‏‏‏ واشار إلى ان الصواب وقفه.
Narrated Ibn Mas'ud (RA): Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Do not buy the fish that is in the water, for it involves uncertainty (risk)." [Reported by Ahmad who indicated that the correct view is that it is Mawquf (saying of a Companion, i.e. Ibn Mas'ud] .

Hadith Number: 689
وعن ابن عباس رضي الله تعالى عنهما قال: نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ان تباع ثمرة حتى تطعم،‏‏‏‏ ولا يباع صوف على ظهر،‏‏‏‏ ولا لبن في ضرع. رواه الطبراني في الاوسط والدارقطني،‏‏‏‏ واخرجه ابوداود في المراسيل لعكرمة،‏‏‏‏ وهو الراجح،‏‏‏‏ واخرجه ايضا موقوفا على ابن عباس،‏‏‏‏ بإسناد قوي،‏‏‏‏ ورجحه البيهقي.
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA): Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the selling of a fruit till it becomes ripe, or the selling of fur which is (still) on the back (of an animal) or milk which is (still) in the udder. [Reported by at-Tabarani in al-Awsat. ad-Daraqutni also reported it] . Abu Dawud reported in al-Marasil as a saying of 'Ikrimah, and that is the strongest opinion. He also reported it Mawquf (as a saying of a Companion, i.e.) Ibn 'Abbas with a strong chain of narrators, and al-Baihaqi held it to the most correct narration.

Hadith Number: 690
وعن ابي هريرة رضي الله تعالى عنه،‏‏‏‏ ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم نهى عن بيع المضامين والملاقيح. رواه البزار،‏‏‏‏ وفي إسناده ضعف.
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the sale of what is in the womb of a she-camel, and the semen that is in the body of a male-camel. [Reported by al-Bazzar and there is weakness in its Isnad (chain of narrators)] .

وعن ابي هريرة رضي الله تعالى عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم:«من اقال مسلما بيعته اقال الله عثرته» . رواه ابو داود وابن ماجه،‏‏‏‏ وصححه ابن حبان والحاكم.
Narrated [Abu Hurairah (RA)] : Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Whoever accepts back what he sold to a Muslim, Allah will forgive his fault." [Reported by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah. Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim graded it Sahih (authentic)] .

Hadith Number: 692
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: «‏‏‏‏إذا تبايع الرجلان فكل واحد منهما بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا وكانا جميعا او يخير احدهما الآخر فإن خير احدهما الآخر فتبايعا على ذلك فقد وجب البيع وإن تفرقا بعد ان تبايعا ولم يترك واحد منهما البيع فقد وجب البيع» متفق عليه،‏‏‏‏ واللفظ لمسلم.
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Both parties in a business transaction have a right to annul the transaction, so long as they have not separated and remain together; or one of them gives the other the choice (to conclude or annul the transaction); so, if one of them gives the other the choice (to conclude or annul the transaction) and then they make the transaction accordingly, the transaction then becomes binding; or if they separate after having made the transaction and none of them has annulled it, the transaction then becomes binding." [Agreed upon, and the wording is Muslim's] .

وعن عمرو بن شعيب عن ابيه عن جده رضي الله عنهما ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: «‏‏‏‏البائع والمبتاع بالخيار حتى يتفرقا إلا ان تكون صفقة خيار ولا يحل له ان يفارقه خشية ان يستقيله» .‏‏‏‏ رواه الخمسة إلا ابن ماجه،‏‏‏‏ ورواه الدارقطني وابن خزيمة وابن الجارود. وفي رواية: «‏‏‏‏حتى يتفرقا عن مكانهما» .‏‏‏‏
Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority from his grandfather (RA): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "The two parties (seller and buyer) in a business transaction have a choice (to annul it) until they separated (from one another), unless it is a transaction with the right to annul it attached to it; and it is not allowed for one to separated from the other for fear that he may cancel the deal." [Reported by al-Khamsah except Ibn Majah. ad-Daraqutni, Ibn Khuzaimah and Ibn al-Jarud also reported it] . Another narration has: "till they separated from their place (of transaction)."

وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: ذكر رجل لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم انه يخدع في البيوع فقال: «‏‏‏‏إذا بايعت فقل لا خلابة» .‏‏‏‏ متفق عليه
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): A man told Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) that he was being deceived (cheated) in business transactions, and he replied, "When you make a purchase say, 'Deceiving (cheating) is not allowed (i.e. he has the choice to return the goods if he wills).'" [Agreed upon] .

Hadith Number: 695
عن جابر رضي الله عنه قال: لعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم آكل الربا وموكله وكاتبه وشاهديه وقال:«‏‏‏‏هم سواء» .‏‏‏‏ رواه مسلم. وللبخاري نحوه من حديث ابي جحيفة
Narrated Jabir (RA): Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) cursed the one who accepts usury, the one who gives it, the one who records it and the two witnesses to it, saying, "They are all the same." [Reported by Muslim] . al-Bukhari reported something similar from the Hadith of Abu Juhaifah.

وعن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: «‏‏‏‏الربا ثلاثة وسبعون بابا ايسرها مثل ان ينكح الرجل امه وإن اربى الربا عرض الرجل المسلم» .‏‏‏‏ رواه ابن ماجه مختصرا والحاكم بتمامه وصححه.
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Usury has seventy-three categories, the least one in sin is as that of a man who marries (has sexual relations with) his mother, and the very essence of usury is the (violation of the) honor of a Muslim man." [Ibn Majah reported it in a short form and al-Hakim in a complete one. The latter also graded it Sahih (authentic)] .

وعن ابي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: «‏‏‏‏لا تبيعوا الذهب بالذهب إلا مثلا بمثل ولا تشفوا بعضها على بعض ولا تبيعوا الورق بالورق إلا مثلا بمثل ولا تشفوا بعضها على بعض ولا تبيعوا منها غائبا بناجز» .‏‏‏‏ متفق عليه.
Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Do not sell gold for gold unless it is the same amount for the same amount, and do not make one amount greater than the other. Do not sell silver for silver unless it is the same amount for the same amount, and do not make one amount greater than the other. And do not sell that (cash money) which is not present (at the time of the transaction) for that (cash money) which is present." [Agreed upon] .
