مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 9787
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون ، قال: اخبرنا ابن ابي ذئب . ح وروح ، قال: حدثنا ابن ابي ذئب ، عن صالح مولى التوءمة، قال: سمعت ابا هريرة ينعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: " كان شبح الذراعين، اهدب اشفار العينين، بعيد ما بين المنكبين، يقبل إذا اقبل جميعا، ويدبر إذا ادبر جميعا" . قال روح في حديثه: بابي وامي، " لم يكن فاحشا، ولا متفحشا، ولا سخابا بالاسواق" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that while describing the appearance of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he used to say: The hands of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) were full, his eyelashes were long and thick, and there was a gap between his two shoulders. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would turn his attention completely and would turn his face fully. May my parents be sacrificed for him. He was neither foul-mouthed nor would he feign immodesty, nor did he roam around making noise in the markets.

Hadith Number: 9788
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون ، قال: اخبرنا ابن ابي ذئب . ح وهاشم بن القاسم ، عن ابن ابي ذئب ، عن المقبري ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم انه قال في ام القرآن: " هي ام القرآن، وهي السبع المثاني، وهي القرآن العظيم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding Surah Al-Fatiha: "This is Umm al-Qur'an, this is the Seven Oft-Repeated (verses), and this is the Great Qur'an."

Hadith Number: 9789
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون ، وهاشم , قالا: اخبرنا ابن ابي ذئب ، عن المقبري ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال هاشم في حديثه: عن ابيه , انه سمع ابا هريرة ، قال: لولا امران لاحببت ان اكون مملوكا، وذلك اني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " ما خلق الله عبدا يؤدي حق الله، وحق سيده، إلا وفاه الله اجره مرتين" . قال يزيد: إن المملوك لا يستطيع ان يصنع في ماله شيئا.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a slave fulfills the rights of both Allah and his master, he receives double reward for every deed.

Hadith Number: 9790
حدثنا إسماعيل بن عمر ، قال: حدثنا ابن ابي ذئب ، عن المقبري ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " الحمد لله، ام القرآن، وام الكتاب , والسبع المثاني" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding Surah Al-Fatiha: "This is Umm al-Qur'an and Umm al-Kitab, and this is the Sab‘ al-Mathani."

Hadith Number: 9791
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون ، قال: اخبرنا ابن ابي ذئب ، عن المقبري ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إنكم ستحرصون على الإمارة، وستصير ندامة، وحسرة يوم القيامة، فنعمت المرضعة، وبئست الفاطمة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet, the Leader of both worlds, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Soon you will desire and covet rulership, but this rulership will be a cause of regret and remorse on the Day of Resurrection. Thus, it is the best of wet nurses and the worst of weaners.

Hadith Number: 9792
حدثنا يزيد ، قال: اخبرنا ابن عون ، عن محمد ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: " اختصم آدم , وموسى عليهما السلام، فخصم آدم موسى، فقال موسى: انت آدم الذي اشقيت الناس، واخرجتهم من الجنة؟ فقال آدم: انت موسى الذي اصطفاك الله برسالاته وبكلامه، وانزل عليك التوراة؟ اليس تجد فيها ان قد قدره الله علي قبل ان يخلقني؟ قال: بلى" . قال عمرو بن سعيد، وابن عبد الرحمن الحميري: فحج آدم موسى، قال محمد: يكفيني اول الحديث، فخصم آدم موسى عليهما السلام.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Once, in the realm of souls, Hazrat Adam and Musa (peace be upon them) met each other. Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) said, "Are you the same Adam whom Allah created with His own Hand of Power, settled you in His Paradise, made His angels prostrate before you, and then you committed that act?" Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) replied, "Are you the same one with whom Allah spoke and upon whom He revealed the Torah?" Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) said, "Yes." Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) asked, "Did you find this command written in the Torah before my creation?" He replied, "Yes!" In this way, Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) prevailed over Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him).

Hadith Number: 9793
حدثنا يزيد ، قال: اخبرنا محمد يعني ابن إسحاق ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " يا بني عبد المطلب، اشتروا انفسكم من الله، يا صفية عمة رسول الله، ويا فاطمة بنت رسول الله، اشتريا انفسكما من الله لا اغني عنكما من الله شيئا، سلاني من مالي ما شئتما" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the Banu Abd al-Muttalib: "O Banu Abd al-Muttalib, save yourselves from Allah (by your own deeds). O Banu Hashim, save yourselves from Allah. O Banu Abd Manaf, save yourselves from Allah. O aunt of the Messenger of Allah, Umm Zubair, and O Fatimah bint Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), save yourselves from Allah, for I have no power from Allah to do anything for you. However, you may ask me for whatever (wealth and property) you wish."

Hadith Number: 9794
حدثنا يزيد ، قال: اخبرنا محمد يعني ابن إسحاق ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" والذي نفس محمد بيده، لياتين على احدكم يوم لان يراني، ثم لان يراني احب إليه من ان يكون له مثل اهله وماله" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), a time will come upon one of you when seeing me will be more beloved to him than his family and his wealth.

Hadith Number: 9795
حدثنا يزيد ، قال: اخبرنا محمد بن إسحاق ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا تستقيم لك المراة على خليقة واحدة، إنما هي كالضلع إن تقمها تكسرها، وإن تتركها تستمتع بها، وفيها عوج" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A woman can never remain on one trait; she is like a rib. If you try to straighten her, you will break her, and if you leave her as she is, you will benefit from her despite her crookedness.

Hadith Number: 9796
حدثنا يزيد ، قال: اخبرنا محمد يعني ابن إسحاق ، عن سعيد بن ابي سعيد المقبري ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: صلى بنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الظهر، وفي مؤخر الصفوف رجل فاساء الصلاة، فلما سلم، ناداه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " يا فلان، الا تتقي الله؟، الا ترى كيف تصلي؟، إنكم ترون انه يخفى علي شيء مما تصنعون، والله إني لارى من خلفي كما ارى من بين يدي" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in the Zuhr prayer. In the back rows, there was a man who was not performing the prayer correctly. When the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) finished the prayer by saying salam, he called him and said, "Do you not fear Allah? What kind of prayer were you performing? Do you people think that your actions are hidden from me? By Allah! I see you behind me just as I see you in front of me."
