He (peace and blessings be upon him) seated them at his side. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the prostration of his prayer between their backs and made a very long prostration. So I put my head back down in prostration. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) finished the prayer with salam, the people asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Today you performed such a prostration in your prayer as you have never done in your life. Was revelation being sent down upon you? He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: No!
