بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي نَفَقَةِ الْحَامِلِ
Chapter: What is reported regarding the maintenance of a pregnant woman
Hadith Number: 1373
نا ابو عوانة، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم، عن شريح، قال: " ينفق على الحامل المتوفى عنها زوجها من جميع المال" . قال: قال: وكان اصحابنا , يقولون: " إذا كان المال ذا مز انفق عليها من نصيبها، وإن كان المال قليلا انفق عليها من جميع المال" .
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The expenses of a pregnant widow should be given from the entire wealth. And our companions said: If the wealth is abundant, it should be given from her share; if it is little, then from the entire wealth.

Hadith Number: 1374
نا نا هشيم، عن سفيان بن حسين، عن الزهري، عن سالم، عن ابيه، في المتوفى عنها زوجها وهي حامل , قال:" لها النفقة من جميع المال" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): The maintenance of a pregnant widow should be provided from the entire wealth.

Hadith Number: 1375
نا نا هشيم، عن سفيان بن حسين، عن الزهري، عن سالم، عن ابيه، في المتوفى عنها وهي حامل , قال:" لها النفقة من جميع المال" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The maintenance of a pregnant widow should be given from the entire estate.

Hadith Number: 1376
نا هشيم، قال: انا سيار، عن الشعبي، قال: ارسل إلي يزيد بن ابي مسلم يسالني عن المتوفى عنها وهي حامل، فقلت له:" ينفق عليها من جميع المال حتى تضع، فإذا وضعت قسم الميراث. فقال لي يزيد: نقسم الميراث، فنعزل لما في بطنها نصيب الغلام، فإن جاءت بغلام فله نصيبه، وإن جاءت بجارية اعطيت نصيبها , وقسم ما سوى ذلك بين الورثة؟ , فقلت: ارايت إن جاءت بهما توامات؟ فإني انا وعمرة , قلت: وهي اخت الشعبي , ولدنا في بطن" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says: Yazid bin Abi Muslim asked me about a pregnant widow, so I said: All the wealth will be spent on her until the child is born. Then Yazid said: We will distribute the inheritance and allocate the share of a boy for the child in her womb; if it is a boy, we will give him his share, if it is a girl, we will give her share, and the rest of the inheritance will be distributed. I said: What if twins are born? Because my sister Amrah (may Allah have mercy on both of us) and I were born from the same womb.

Hadith Number: 1377
نا حماد بن زيد، قال: نا ابو هاشم، عن شريح، وإبراهيم، انهما قالا: " نفقة الحامل المتوفى عنها من جميع المال" .
Hazrat Shurayh and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on them) said: All the wealth will be spent on the pregnant widow.

Hadith Number: 1378
نا نا حماد بن زيد، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " نفقتها من نصيبها" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: He will be spent on from his own share.

Hadith Number: 1379
نا حماد بن زيد، قال: حدثني علي بن الحكم، وكثير، عن عطاء، انه قال: " من نصيبها" .
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Spending will be done from one’s share.

Hadith Number: 1380
نا نا سفيان , عن عمرو بن دينار، عن عطاء، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " ليس للمتوفى عنها زوجها نفقة الحامل" . قال سعيد: وهو الماخوذ به.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: There is no maintenance for a pregnant widow. Sa'id says: This is what is acted upon.

Hadith Number: 1381
نا هشيم، قال: انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، انه كان يقول في المتوفى عنها زوجها وهي حامل:" إن لها النفقة من جميع المال حتى تضع" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: All the wealth will be spent on the pregnant widow until the child is born.

Hadith Number: 1382
نا هشيم، قال: انا إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن الشعبي، وإبراهيم، انهما كان يقولان ذلك.
Hazrat Sha'bi and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on them) said: All the wealth will be spent on a pregnant widow.
