Hadith Number: 2159
نا هشيم، نا هشام بن حسان، عن الحسن، انه سئل عن الرجل تفجر امته، فتلد من الفجور، ايبيع ولدها فياكل ثمنه؟! فقال الحسن:" هو كبعض ماله" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man's slave-girl gives birth to a child through fornication, then the price of that child will be included in his wealth."

Hadith Number: 2160
نا هشيم، نا الشيباني، ان رجلا كان على سطح، فدعا امراته، فاحتبست عليه، فقال لها: تعالي، فإذا جئت فاختاري، فجاءت، فقالت: اخترت نفسي، قال: لم ارد ذلك إنما خيرتك بين ان تجلسي، وبين ان ترجعي، فسئل عن ذلك عبد الله بن معقل، فقال:" له نيته" .
Hazrat Abdullah bin Ma’qil (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“If a husband gives his wife the choice to stay or to return, and he does not intend divorce, then the intention will be taken into account.”

Hadith Number: 2161
نا هشيم، انا يونس، عن الحسن، انه كان " لا يرى ما جعل الرجل لامراته عند الجلوة شيئا" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whatever a man gives to his wife at the time of marriage, at the time of unveiling, has no significance."

Hadith Number: 2162
نا هشيم، انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، انه كان " لا يرى شيئا من النحل يجوز إلا ما سلم" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whatever is given as a gift in marriage is only permissible when it is given to the woman."

Hadith Number: 2163
نا هشيم، انا حميد الطويل، عن الحسن، انه سئل عن رجل طلق امراته ثلاثا، فزعمت انها تزوجت زوجا، فدخل بها، قال:" إن كانت عنده مصدقة , فيتزوجها إن شاء، وإن كانت عنده متهمة فليسال عن ذلك، وليبحث عنه" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman's husband believes her statement that she has married and consummation has taken place, then the marriage is valid, and if there is suspicion, then he should investigate."

Hadith Number: 2164
نا هشيم، عن حميد الطويل، عن الحسن، قال: جاء رجل، فقال: إن امه لم تزل به حتى تزوج، ثم قالت لي بعد: طلقها، فقال له الحسن:" إن طلاق امراتك ليس في بر امك في شيء" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Divorcing one's wife is not included in obedience to one's mother."

Hadith Number: 2165
نا هشيم، نا يونس، عن الحسن، وبعض اصحابنا، عن إبراهيم، انهما قالا في عبد تحته حرة دخل بها، ثم اعتق، فاصاب فاحشة:" إنه لا رجم عليه حتى يدخل بامراته بعد العتق، ويجلد" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) and Ibrahim al-Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a slave commits adultery with his wife before gaining freedom, then the hadd (prescribed punishment) is not applicable to him, but if he does so after gaining freedom, then he will be stoned."

Hadith Number: 2166
نا هشيم، نا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، انه كان" لا يرى باسا ان يهدي الرجل إلى امراته في عدتها إذا اراد ان يتزوجها" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man gives a gift to a woman during her waiting period (iddah) with the intention of marriage, there is no harm in it."

Hadith Number: 2167
نا نا هشيم، انا داود بن ابي هند، نا عمرو بن شعيب، ان رجلا استكره امراة حتى افضاها وافتضها، فرفع ذلك إلى عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه،" فجلده الحد، وضمنه ثلث ديتها" .
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) made it obligatory upon a man to face the prescribed punishment (hadd) and one-third of the blood money (diyah) for forcibly harming a woman.

نا هشيم ، انا داود بن عمر ، نا عبد الله بن ابي زكريا الخزاعي ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لان يقرع الرجل قرعا يخلص القرع إلى عظم راسه، خير له من ان تضع امراة يدها على ساعده، لا تحل له" .
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "For a man to have his head wounded down to the bone is better for him than for a woman's hand to touch his body without marriage."
