Hadith of another man (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 18283
Ata bin Saib, may Allah have mercy on him, says that the very day I first recognized Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila, I saw an elderly man with white hair on his head and beard, riding a donkey, who was going along with a funeral procession. I heard him saying that so-and-so son of so-and-so narrated this hadith to me, that he heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him; and whoever dislikes to meet Allah, Allah dislikes to meet him. Upon hearing this, the people lowered their heads and began to weep. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) asked the reason for their weeping. They replied, "In this way, all of us dislike death." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "This is not what it means. The real matter is that when the time of death comes for someone and he is among the close ones (muqarrabeen), then for him there are comforts, foods, and gardens of blessings. When he is given this glad tidings, he desires to meet Allah, and Allah also loves to meet him. But if he is among the deniers and the misguided, then his hospitality is with boiling water, and when he is informed of this, he dislikes to meet Allah, and Allah Himself dislikes to meet him even more."

It is narrated from a companion of Banu Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) counted these things on the fingers of his blessed hand: "Subhan Allah" is equal to half the scale of deeds, "Alhamdulillah" fills the scale of deeds, the word "Allahu Akbar" fills all the space between the earth and the sky, cleanliness is half of faith, and fasting is half of patience.

Hadith Number: 18288
Abu Jubairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) arrived in Madinah Munawwarah, there was not a single person among us who did not have one or two nicknames. When the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would call someone by his nickname, we would say, "O Messenger of Allah! He dislikes this name." Upon this, the verse was revealed: "Do not taunt one another with different nicknames."
