It is narrated from Hazrat Mu'ayqib (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about leveling pebbles in prostration. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If there is no other way and it is absolutely necessary to do so, then do it only once.

It is narrated from a group of Banu Salamah that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was sitting, when he took off his sewn clothes and said that a sacrificial animal had been sent, which would be marked today.

Hazrat Tufah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) hosted some people. So we went with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to his house. At night, I was lying on my stomach and had fallen asleep, when suddenly the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came and started shaking me with his foot and said, "This way of lying down is the way of the people of Hell."

So we went with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to his house. At night, I was lying on my stomach and sleeping when suddenly the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came and started shaking me with his foot and said, "This way of lying down is the way of the people of Hell."

Ya’ish bin Takhfah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that my father was among the people of Suffah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed the people regarding them, so people began to take them with them, one or two at a time. He says that only five men were left, among whom I was one. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said,“You people come with me.”So we went with the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to the house of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). When the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) arrived there, he said,“Aisha! Serve us food.”She brought some dates, which we ate. Then she brought a little date halwa, which we also ate. Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said,“Aisha! Give us water to drink.”So she brought water in a large bowl, from which we all drank. Then she brought a small bowl in which there was milk, and we drank that too. Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said,“If you wish, you may spend the night here, or if you wish, go to the mosque.”I said,“No, we will go to the mosque.”At the time of suhoor, I was lying on my stomach sleeping, when suddenly a man came and began to shake me with his foot and said,“This way of lying down is disliked by Allah Almighty.”I looked and it was the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.

It is narrated from Hazrat Mahmood bin Labeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Abu al-Haythar Anas bin Rafi’ came to Makkah Mukarramah, some young men from Banu Abd al-Ashhal were with him, among whom was Iyas bin Mu’adh. The purpose of their arrival was to seek an oath and alliance from the Quraysh against their own Khazraj. When the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) heard of their arrival, he went to them and sat with them and said,“Shall I not tell you something better than the purpose for which you have come?”They asked,“What is that?”The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said,“I am the Messenger of Allah. He has sent me to His servants so that I may invite them to worship Allah alone and not associate anything with Him, and He has revealed His Book to me.”Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) recited the Holy Qur’an to them. Upon hearing it, Iyas bin Mu’adh, who was a young boy, said,“O my people, by Allah! This is much better than that for which you have come here.”So Abu al-Haythar Anas bin Rafi’ picked up a handful of pebbles and threw them at Iyas’s mouth. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) got up from them, and those people also returned to Madinah, and the Battle of Bu’ath took place between the Aws and Khazraj. Shortly after, Iyas bin Mu’adh passed away. Hazrat Mahmood (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the people of my tribe who were present with him at the time of his death told me,“We saw him constantly reciting the Tahleel (La ilaha illallah), Takbeer (Allahu Akbar), Tasbeeh (Subhanallah), and Tahmeed (Alhamdulillah) until he passed away, and there remained no doubt among the people that he died as a Muslim. Indeed, Islam had entered his heart at the very moment he heard the words of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).”

It is narrated from Hazrat Mahmood bin Rabee' (may Allah be pleased with him) that he remembers the mouthful which the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had sprayed upon him, and the water was taken from the bucket which was drawn from their well.

Muhammad bin Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a person who visited the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) told me that he saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in Ahjar al-Zayt, which is a village of Madinah Munawwarah, spreading his hands and making supplication.
