Hadith Number: 8531
Sayyidah Asma bint Yazid (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The Greatest Name of Allah is in these two verses: {اَللّٰہُ لَا اِلٰہَ إِلَّا ہُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّومُ} and {الٓمٓ اللّٰہُ لَا اِلٰہَ إِلَّا ہُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّومُ}

Chapter: His saying, the Exalted: "He it is Who has sent down to you the Book; in it are verses that are clear..."
Hadith Number: 8532
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited these verses: He it is Who has sent down to you the Book; in it are verses that are clear and precise—they are the foundation of the Book—and others are allegorical. Then those in whose hearts is deviation follow that which is allegorical, seeking discord and seeking its interpretation. But no one knows its interpretation except Allah. And those firm in knowledge say:“We believe in it; all is from our Lord.”And none take heed except those of understanding. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you see those who argue about the Qur’an, they are the very people who cause discord, about whom Allah Almighty has said: beware of them.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding Allah Almighty’s statement {فَأَ مَّا الَّذِینَ فِی قُلُوبِہِمْ زَیْغٌ فَیَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَابَہَ مِنْہُ} … Then those in whose hearts is deviation follow that which is allegorical thereof… that these are the Khawarij. On that Day some faces will be white and some faces will be black, he also said that what is meant here are the Khawarij.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zubair bin Al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was reciting this verse in Arafat: {شَہِدَ اللّٰہُ أَ نَّہُ لَا اِلٰہَ إِلَّا ہُوَ وَالْمَلَائِکَۃُ وَأُولُوا الْعِلْمِ قَائِمًا بِالْقِسْطِ لَا اِلٰہَ إِلَّا ہُوَ الْعَزِیزُ الْحَکِیمُ} … Allah bears witness that surely there is no deity except Him, and the angels and those endowed with knowledge (also bear witness), maintaining His creation in justice. There is no deity except Him, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O my Lord! I am also among those who bear witness to this.

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no child who is born except that Satan touches him, so he cries because of Satan’s touch, except for the son of Mary and his mother. Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (peace be upon him) said: If you wish, recite this part of the Qur’an: {اِنِّیْ اُعِیْذُھَا بِکَ وَذُرِّیَّتَہَا مِنَ الشَّیْطَانِ الرَّجِیْمِ۔}“Indeed, I seek Your protection for her and her offspring from the accursed Satan.”

Chapter: "Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their oaths for a small price"
Hadith Number: 8536
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears a false oath in order to usurp the wealth of a Muslim, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him. Ash’ath bin Qais says: By Allah! This verse was revealed about me. There was a dispute over land between me and a Jew. He denied my claim and asserted that the land was his. I presented this case before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do you have any evidence? I said: No. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the Jew: Then you swear an oath. I said: O Messenger of Allah! He will take my property by swearing an oath. Then at that moment this verse was revealed: {اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَیَشْتَرُوْنَ بِعَہْدِ اللّٰہِ وَاَیْمَانِہِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِیْلًا اُولٰیِکَ لَا خَلَاقَ لَھُمْ فِی الْاٰخِرَۃِ وَلَا یُکَلِّمُھُمُ اللّٰہُ وَلَا یَنْظُرُ اِلَیْہِمْیَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَۃِ وَلَا یُزَکِّیْہِمْ وَلَھُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ۔} … Indeed, those who exchange Allah’s covenant and their oaths for a small price, there will be no share for them in the Hereafter, and Allah will neither speak to them nor look at them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever usurps the right of a Muslim unjustly, when he meets Allah Almighty, He will be angry with him. Meanwhile, Sayyiduna Ash’ath bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) came and asked the people what Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) had narrated to them. The people narrated what he had said. Sayyiduna Ash’ath (may Allah be pleased with him) said: This incident happened with me. I had a dispute over a well with my cousin. The well was mine, but he refused to give it to me. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: Ash’ath, do you have any evidence that this well is yours? Otherwise, your opponent will take an oath. I said: O Messenger of Allah! What can I do about his oath? If you decide in the light of his oath, he will take the well, because my opponent is a sinful man. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever seizes the wealth of a Muslim unjustly will meet Allah Almighty in such a state that He will be angry with him. Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: {اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَیَشْتَرُوْنَ بِعَہْدِ اللّٰہِ وَاَیْمَانِہِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِیْلًا اُولٰیِکَ لَا خَلَاقَ لَـہُمْ فِی الْاٰخِرَۃِ وَلَا یُکَلِّمُھُمُ اللّٰہُ وَلَا یَنْظُرُ اِلَیْہِمْیَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَۃِ وَلَا یُزَکِّیْہِمْ وَلَھُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ۔} … Indeed, those who exchange Allah’s covenant and their oaths for a small price, they will have no share in the Hereafter, and Allah will neither speak to them nor look at them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment.
(Second Chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: Whoever swears a false oath and thereby claims someone’s property, while he is a sinner in this, then he will meet Allah the Exalted in such a state that Allah will be angry with him. This verse confirms this incident: {اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَیَشْتَرُوْنَ بِعَہْدِ اللّٰہِ وَاَیْمَانِہِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِیْلًا اُولٰیِکَ لَا خَلَاقَ لَھُمْ فِی الْاٰخِرَۃِ وَلَا یُکَلِّمُھُمُ اللّٰہُ وَلَا یَنْظُرُ اِلَیْہِمْیَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَۃِ وَلَا یُزَکِّیْہِمْ وَلَھُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ۔} … Indeed, those who exchange Allah’s covenant and their oaths for a small price, they will have no share in the Hereafter, and Allah will neither speak to them nor look at them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment. (Surah Aal-e-Imran: 77) When Sayyiduna Ash’ath (may Allah be pleased with him) came, he was reciting this verse and saying that this verse was revealed about him. A man claimed that one of my wells belonged to him, so we both brought our dispute to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: Do you have two witnesses? Otherwise, his oath will be accepted. I said: His oath is the oath of a sinner. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears a false oath and seizes wealth, he will meet Allah the Exalted in such a state that Allah will be angry with him.
