Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
الْآيَةُ (60) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَاللهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ}
Verse (60) His saying, Exalted is He: {Charity is only for the poor and the needy} to His saying: {And Allah is Knowing and Wise}
Hadith Number: 1021
نا نا ابو شهاب، عن حجاج بن ارطاة، عن المنهال بن عمرو، عن زر بن حبيش، عن حذيفة ، قال: " إنما سميت هذه الاصناف لتعرف: إنما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين والعاملين عليها والمؤلفة قلوبهم وفي الرقاب والغارمين وفي سبيل الله وابن السبيل سورة التوبة آية 60 , فاي صنف اعطيت منها اجزاك" .
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: These categories have been designated so that they may be recognized, ﴿Indeed, [prescribed] charitable offerings are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the stranded traveler﴾, so whichever of these categories you give to, your obligation will be fulfilled.

Hadith Number: 1022
نا ابو عوانة، عن مهاجر ابي الحسن، قال: " اتيت ابا وائل وحده، فقال: ردها. فضعها مواضعها، قلت: فما اصنع بنصيب المؤلفة قلوبهم؟ قال: رده على آخرين" .
Abu Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Return it and give it to its original rightful recipients. I asked: What should I do with the share of those whose hearts are to be reconciled (mu'allafatu al-qulub)? He said: Distribute it among the other rightful recipients.

Hadith Number: 1023
نا شهاب بن خراش ، عن موسى بن يزيد الكندي ، قال: كان ابن مسعود يقرئ رجلا , فقرا: إنما الصدقات للفقرا والمساكين مرسلة، فقال ابن مسعود:" ما هكذا اقرانيها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم"، فقال: وكيف اقراكها يا ابا عبد الرحمن؟ قال: اقرانيها: إنما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين سورة التوبة آية 60 فمدها" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) was teaching the Qur'an to a man. That man recited «إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ» in a mursal (detached) manner, so Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not teach me like this!" The man asked: "O Abu Abdur Rahman! How did he teach you?" He replied: "He taught me in this way: ﴿إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ﴾ and he recited it with elongation (madd)."

Hadith Number: 1024
نا نا ابو معاوية، قال: نا عمر بن نافع، عن ابي بكر العبسي، عن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه , في قوله عز وجل: إنما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين سورة التوبة آية 60 , قال:" الفقراء: زمنى اهل الكتاب" .
Sayyiduna Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the statement of Allah, the Exalted:“Indeed, charity is only for the poor and the needy”(__QUR_N__): By“the poor”is meant the destitute people among the People of the Book in that era.

الْآيَةُ (74) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَمَا نَقَمُوا إِلا أَنْ أَغْنَاهُمُ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ}
Verse (74) His saying, Exalted is He: {And they resented [the believers] only because Allah and His Messenger had enriched them of His bounty}
Hadith Number: 1025
نا سفيان، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن عكرمة، قال: قتل رجل مولى لبني عدي بن كعب رجلا من الانصار، " فقضى له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وفيه نزلت: وما نقموا إلا ان اغناهم الله ورسوله من فضله سورة التوبة آية 74" .
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A slave from Banu Adi bin Ka'b killed a man from the Ansar, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgment in favor of the slain, and regarding this, Allah the Exalted's statement was revealed: "And they resented them only because Allah and His Messenger had enriched them of His bounty." __QUR_N__

الْآيَاتُ (75 - 77) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ عَاهَدَ اللهَ لَئِنْ آتَانَا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ لَنَصَّدَّقَنَّ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَبِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ}
Verses (75 - 77) His saying, Exalted is He: {And among them are those who made a covenant with Allah, "If He should give us from His bounty, we will surely spend in charity"} to His saying: {And because they used to lie}
Hadith Number: 1026
نا ابو معاوية ، عن الاعمش ، عن عمارة بن عمير ، عن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد ، قال: قال عبد الله : " اعتبروا المنافقين بثلاث: إذا حدث كذب، وإذا وعد اخلف، وإذا عاهد غدر، فانزل الله عز وجل تصديق ذلك: ومنهم من عاهد الله لئن آتانا من فضله لنصدقن سورة التوبة آية 75" إلى آخر الآية .
Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Recognize the hypocrites by three things; when he speaks, he lies; when he makes a promise, he breaks it; and when he makes a covenant, he betrays it. Thus, Allah the Exalted revealed this verse in confirmation of it: ﴿وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ عَاهَدَ اللَّهَ لَئِنْ آتَانَا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ لَنَصَّدَّقَنَّ﴾ until the verse was completed.

الْآيَةُ (79) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {الَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ الْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ وَالَّذِينَ لا يَجِدُونَ إِلا جُهْدَهُمْ}
Verse (79) His saying, Exalted is He: {Those who criticize the contributors among the believers concerning [their] charities and [criticize] the ones who find nothing [to spend] except their effort}
Hadith Number: 1027
نا ابو عوانة، عن مغيرة، عن عيسى بن مغيرة، عن الشعبي، انه كان يقرا: والذين لا يجدون إلا جهدهم سورة التوبة آية 79 , قال:" الجهد في القيتة، والجهد: الجهد" .
Shu'bi, may Allah have mercy on him, used to recite: ﴿وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ إِلَّا جُهْدَهُمْ﴾ and used to say: "'Al-juhd' refers to neediness in food, and both 'al-juhd' and 'al-jahd' are recited."

الْآيَةُ (82) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَلْيَضْحَكُوا قَلِيلا وَلْيَبْكُوا كَثِيرًا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ}
Verse (82) His saying, Exalted is He: {So let them laugh a little and [then] weep much as recompense for what they used to earn}
Hadith Number: 1028
نا ابو معاوية، عن إسماعيل بن سميع، عن ابي رزين، في قوله عز وجل: فليضحكوا قليلا وليبكوا كثيرا سورة التوبة آية 82 قال:" الدنيا قليل، فليضحكوا فيها ما شاءوا، فإذا صاروا إلى الآخرة بكوا بكاء لا ينقطع، فذلك الكثير" .
Abu Razin (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The world is little, so laugh as much as you want in the world, then when you reach the Hereafter there will be such weeping that will never end, and this is the great weeping that has been mentioned.

الْآيَةُ (87) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {رَضُوا بِأَنْ يَكُونُوا مَعَ الْخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لا يَفْقَهُونَ}
Verse (87) His saying, Exalted is He: {They were satisfied to be with those who stay behind, and their hearts were sealed over, so they do not understand}
Hadith Number: 1029
نا ابن المبارك، عن ابن جريج، قراءة عن مجاهد، قال: " الخوالف: النساء" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: By «الخوالف» is meant women.

الْآيَةُ (90) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَجَاءَ الْمُعَذِّرُونَ مِنَ الأَعْرَابِ لِيُؤْذَنَ لَهُمْ} الْآيَةَ
Verse (90) His saying, Exalted is He: {And those with excuses among the Bedouins came to be permitted} the verse
Hadith Number: 1030
نا سفيان، عن حميد الاعرج، عن مجاهد، " انه كان يقرا: وجاء المعذرون سورة التوبة آية 90" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) used to recite this verse as: «وجاء المعذرون» .
