Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
الْآيَةُ (28) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ فَلا يَقْرَبُوا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَذَا وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ اللهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ إِنَّ اللهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ}
Verse (28) His saying, Exalted is He: {O you who have believed, indeed the polytheists are unclean, so let them not approach al-Masjid al-Haram after this, their [final] year. And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Wise}
Hadith Number: 1011
نا ابو الاحوص، قال: نا سماك بن حرب، عن عكرمة، في قوله عز وجل: يايها الذين آمنوا إنما المشركون نجس فلا يقربوا المسجد الحرام بعد عامهم هذا وإن خفتم عيلة فسوف يغنيكم الله من فضله إن شاء إن الله عليم حكيم سورة التوبة آية 28 قال:" كان المشركون يجيئون إلى البيت ويجيئون معهم بالطعام، فانزل الله عز وجل: وإن خفتم عيلة فسوف يغنيكم الله من فضله إن شاء سورة التوبة آية 28 , فانزل الله عليهم المطر، فكثر خيرهم حتى ذهب المشركون عنهم" .
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Regarding the statement of Allah, the Exalted: "O you who have believed, indeed the polytheists are unclean, so let them not approach al-Masjid al-Haram after this, their [final] year. And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills" — he said: The polytheists used to come to the House of Allah and would bring with them food and drink, so Allah, the Exalted, revealed this verse: «وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ» , then Allah, the Exalted, sent down rain upon them, by which their wealth and property increased until the polytheists became independent of them and left.

الْآيَةُ (31) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللهِ وَالْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلا لِيَعْبُدُوا إِلَهًا وَاحِدًا لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ سُبْحَانَهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ}
Verse (31) His saying, Exalted is He: {They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him}
Hadith Number: 1012
نا نا هشيم، قال: نا العوام بن حوشب، عن حبيب بن ابي ثابت، قال: حدثني ابو البختري الطائي، قال: قال لي حذيفة : " ارايت قول الله عز وجل: اتخذوا احبارهم ورهبانهم اربابا من دون الله سورة التوبة آية 31" , فقال حذيفة:" اما إنهم لم يصلوا لهم، ولكنهم كانوا ما احلوا لهم من حرام استحلوه، وما حرموا عليهم من الحرام حرموه , فتلك ربوبيتهم" .
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Have you seen the statement of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: ﴿They took their rabbis and monks as lords besides Allah﴾? Then Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: They did not prostrate to their scholars and ascetics, but whatever they declared lawful for them, they would take as lawful, and whatever they declared unlawful for them, they would accept as unlawful; and that was their lordship.

الْآيَةُ (33) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ}
Verse (33) His saying, Exalted is He: {It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it}
Hadith Number: 1013
نا نا عمرو بن ثابت، عن ابيه، عن ابي جعفر، عن جابر بن عبد الله ، في قوله عز وجل: ليظهره على الدين كله سورة التوبة آية 33 , قال:" خروج عيسى بن مريم عليه السلام" .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) said regarding Allah the Exalted’s statement: ﴿لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ﴾: What is meant by this is the emergence of Sayyiduna Isa bin Maryam (peace be upon them both).

الْآيَةُ (36) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِنْدَ اللهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ} الْآيَةَ
Verse (36) His saying, Exalted is He: {Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve months in the register of Allah from the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred} the verse
Hadith Number: 1014
نا نا ابو معاوية، عن الكلبي، عن ابي صالح، عن ابن عباس ، في قوله عز وجل: منها اربعة حرم سورة التوبة آية 36 , قال:" المحرم، ورجب، وذو القعدة، وذو الحجة" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said regarding the statement of Allah the Exalted: "Of these, four are sacred": By this are meant the months of Muharram, Rajab, Dhu al-Qa'dah, and Dhu al-Hijjah.

الْآيَةُ (37) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {إِنَّمَا النَّسِيءُ زِيَادَةٌ فِي الْكُفْرِ يُضَلُّ بِهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُحِلُّونَهُ عَامًا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُ عَامًا} الْآيَةَ
Verse (37) His saying, Exalted is He: {Indeed, the postponing [of restriction within sacred months] is an increase in disbelief by which those who have disbelieved are led [further] astray. They make it lawful one year and unlawful another year} the verse
Hadith Number: 1015
نا جرير بن عبد الحميد، عن منصور، عن ابي وائل، في قوله عز وجل: إنما النسيء زيادة في الكفر سورة التوبة آية 37 قال:" كان الناسي رجلا من كنانة، وكان ذا راي فيهم، وكان يجعل المحرم سنة صفرا فيغزو فيه، فيصيب فيه، وسنة يحرمه فلا يغزو فيه، وهو قوله عز وجل: يحلونه عاما ويحرمونه عاما سورة التوبة آية 37" .
Abu Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding Allah the Exalted's statement: "Indeed, postponing [of the sacred months] is an increase in disbelief" — Nasi’ was a man from the tribe of Kinanah who was very influential among his people. In one year, he would declare Muharram to be Safar, fight during it, and acquire spoils of war; and in the next year, he would declare Muharram to be a sacred month and would not fight during it. And this is the statement of Allah the Exalted «يُحِلُّونَهُ عَامًا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُ عَامًا» .

الْآيَةُ (41) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {انْفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالا وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ}
Verse (41) His saying, Exalted is He: {Go forth, whether light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew}
Hadith Number: 1016
نا سفيان، عن حصين، عن ابي مالك، قال: " اول شيء نزل من براءة: التي بعد الاربعين: انفروا خفافا وثقالا إلى قوله إن كنتم تعلمون سورة التوبة آية 41" .
Abu Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The very first part that was revealed from Surah At-Tawbah is this verse «انْفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا» up to where He said «إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ» .

الْآيَةُ (43) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {عَفَا اللهُ عَنْكَ لِمَ أَذِنْتَ لَهُمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَتَعْلَمَ الْكَاذِبِينَ}
Verse (43) His saying, Exalted is He: {May Allah pardon you, [O Muhammad]; why did you give them permission [to remain behind] until it was clear to you who were truthful and you knew the liars?}
Hadith Number: 1017
نا سفيان ، عن عمرو بن دينار ، قال: سمعت عمرو بن ميمون الاودي ، يقول: " اثنتان فعلهما رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ولم يؤمر بهما: إذنه للمنافقين، واخذه من الاسارى , حتى انزل الله عز وجل: عفا الله عنك لم اذنت لهم سورة التوبة آية 43 و ما كان لنبي ان يكون له اسرى سورة الانفال آية 67" .
Amr bin Maymun al-Awdi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: There are two things which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did, although he had not been commanded to do them: granting permission to the hypocrites and taking captives, until Allah the Exalted revealed this verse: ﴿‘May Allah pardon you! Why did you grant them leave?”﴾, and ﴿‘It is not for a prophet to have captives’﴾.

Hadith Number: 1018
نا سفيان، عن مسعر، او غيره، عن عون، قال: " اخبره بالعفو قبل ان يعرفه بالذنب" .
Awn, may Allah have mercy on him, said: Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, forgave the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, before making him aware of the sin.

Hadith Number: 1019
نا سفيان، عن حميد " انه كان يقرا: اسرى" .
Humaid, may Allah have mercy on him, used to recite «أَسْرَى» .
تخریج الحدیث: «أخرجه سعيد بن منصور فى (سننه) برقم: 198، 1019»
الْآيَةُ (47) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لَوْ خَرَجُوا فِيكُمْ مَا زَادُوكُمْ إِلا خَبَالا وَلأَوْضَعُوا خِلالَكُمْ يَبْغُونَكُمُ الْفِتْنَةَ وَفِيكُمْ سَمَّاعُونَ لَهُمْ}
Verse (47) His saying, Exalted is He: {Had they gone forth with you, they would not have increased you except in confusion, and they would have been active among you, seeking [to cause] you fitnah; and among you are avid listeners to them}
Hadith Number: 1020
نا سفيان، عن ابن جريج، عن مجاهد، في قوله جل وعز: وفيكم سماعون لهم سورة التوبة آية 47 , قال:" عيونا ليسوا بمنافقين , منهم: عبد الله بن ابي رفاعة، وابن تابوت" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said in the commentary of «وَفِيكُمْ سَمَّاعُونَ لَهُمْ» : These were people who used to spy for them but were not themselves hypocrites; among them were Abdullah bin Abi Rifa’ah and Ibn Tabut.
