Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
الْآيَتَانِ (45 - 46) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَنَادَى نُوحٌ رَبَّهُ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ابْنِي مِنْ أَهْلِي وَإِنَّ وَعْدَكَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنْتَ أَحْكَمُ الْحَاكِمِينَ * قَالَ يَا نُوحُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ إِنَّهُ عَمَلٌ غَيْرُ صَالِحٍ} الْآيَةَ
Verses (45 - 46) His saying, Exalted is He: {And Noah called to his Lord and said, "My Lord, indeed my son is of my family; and indeed, Your promise is true; and You are the most just of judges." * He said, "O Noah, indeed he is not of your family; indeed, he is [one whose] work was other than righteous"} the verse
Hadith Number: 1091
نا عثمان بن مطر الشيباني ، قال: نا ثابت ، عن شهر بن حوشب ، عن ام سلمة ، انها سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: عمل غير صالح سورة هود آية 46 .
Uthman bin Matar al-Shaybani (may Allah have mercy on him) reports: Thabit narrated to us, and he from Shahr bin Hawshab (may Allah have mercy on him), and he from Sayyida Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her), that she heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:“ʿAmalun ghayru salih”— that is, the deed was not righteous.

Hadith Number: 1092
نا نا سفيان، عن موسى بن ابي عائشة، عن سليمان بن قتة، عن ابن عباس ،" انه كان يقرا: عمل غير صالح" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both):“Indeed, it is an unrighteous deed,”meaning: surely, it is an unrighteous deed.

Hadith Number: 1093
نا ابو عوانة، عن قتادة، قال: " عمل غير صالح سورة هود آية 46، سؤالك إياي ما ليس لك به علم" .
Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“A deed other than righteous”means your asking Me about something of which you have no knowledge.

Hadith Number: 1094
نا نا عثمان بن مطر، قال: نا سعيد بن ابي عروبة، عن قتادة، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " كان ابنه ولكنه خالفه في النية والعمل" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: He was his son, but he opposed him in intention and action.

Hadith Number: 1095
نا نا سفيان، وهشيم، عن مطرف، عن الشعبي، قال: خرج عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه يستسقي، فلم يزد على الاستغفار حتى رجع، فقيل له: ما رايناك استسقيت، قال:" لقد طلبت المطر بمجاديح السماء الذي يستنزل به المطر، ثم قرا: استغفروا ربكم إنه كان غفارا {10} يرسل السماء عليكم مدرارا سورة نوح آية 10-11، ويا قوم استغفروا ربكم ثم توبوا إليه يرسل السماء عليكم مدرارا سورة هود آية 52" .
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) went out to pray for rain and did nothing except seek forgiveness until he returned. The people said: We did not see you supplicating for rain! He replied: I have sought rain from the doors of the sky through which rain is sent down, then he recited these verses:“Seek forgiveness from your Lord, indeed He is ever Oft-Forgiving,”that is, seek forgiveness from your Lord, indeed He is very forgiving,“He will send rain to you in abundance,”that is, He will shower abundant rain upon you,“And O my people! Seek forgiveness from your Lord, then turn to Him in repentance, He will send rain to you in abundance,”that is, O my people! Seek forgiveness from your Lord, then turn to Him, He will shower abundant rain upon you.

الْآيَةُ (71) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَامْرَأَتُهُ قَائِمَةٌ فَضَحِكَتْ فَبَشَّرْنَاهَا بِإِسْحَاقَ وَمِن وَرَاءِ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْقُوبَ}
Verse (71) His saying, Exalted is He: {And his wife was standing, and she laughed; then We gave her good tidings of Isaac and after Isaac, Jacob}
Hadith Number: 1096
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن داود، عن الشعبي، في قوله عز وجل: ومن وراء إسحاق يعقوب سورة هود آية 71، قال: " من وراء: ولد ولد" .
Shu'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the statement of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: "And after Isaac, Jacob" (__QUR_N__), said: There are children even after children.

الْآيَةُ (80) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي بِكُمْ قُوَّةً أَوْ آوِي إِلَى رُكْنٍ شَدِيدٍ}
Verse (80) His saying, Exalted is He: {He said, "If only I had against you some power or could take refuge in a strong support"}
Hadith Number: 1097
نا مغيرة بن عبد الرحمن الحزامي ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " يغفر الله للوط إنه لإلى ركن شديد" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: May Allah forgive Lut, peace be upon him; indeed, he sought refuge with a truly strong support.

Hadith Number: 1098
نا نا سفيان، عن ابي سعد، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " ما بعث الله نبيا بعد لوط إلا في عز من قومه" .
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Allah did not send any prophet after Prophet Lot (peace be upon him) except that He sent him with honor among his people.

الْآيَةُ (86) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {بَقِيَّتُ اللهِ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَا أَنَا عَلَيْكُمْ بِحَفِيظٍ}
Verse (86) His saying, Exalted is He: {What remains [lawful] from Allah is best for you, if you should be believers. And I am not a guardian over you}
Hadith Number: 1099
سمعت ابا عبد الرحمن المقرئ، قال: سئل سفيان عن قوله: بقيت الله خير لكم سورة هود آية 86 , قال:" طاعة الله خير لكم، الم تر ان الرجل يقول: اي فلان، اتق الله، ابق على نفسك" .
Sufyan (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“The remainder of Allah is better for you,”meaning Allah’s remainder is better for you, that is, obedience to Allah is better for you. Have you not seen that a man says: O so-and-so! Fear Allah, preserve yourself.

الْآيَةُ (91) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {قَالُوا يَا شُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ كَثِيرًا مِمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًا وَلَوْلا رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَاكَ وَمَا أَنْتَ عَلَيْنَا بِعَزِيزٍ}
Verse (91) His saying, Exalted is He: {They said, "O Shu'ayb, we do not understand much of what you say, and indeed, we see you weak among us. Were it not for your family, we would have stoned you, and you are not to us one respected"}
Hadith Number: 1100
نا نا حديج بن معاوية، قال: نا ابو إسحاق، عن ابي الاحوص، عن زيد بن ثابت ، قال: " لو كان للوط مثل اصحاب شعيب لجاهد بهم قومه، ولكن لم يكن فيهم رجل رشيد" .
Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If Sayyiduna Lut (peace be upon him) had companions like those of Sayyiduna Shu'ayb (peace be upon him), he would have fought jihad against his people, but there was not a single sensible person in his nation.
