Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
الْآيَةُ (13) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَيُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ وَيُرْسِلُ الصَّوَاعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُمْ يُجَادِلُونَ فِي اللهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ الْمِحَالِ}
Verse (13) His saying, Exalted is He: {And the thunder exalts [Allah] with praise of Him—and the angels [as well] from fear of Him—and He sends thunderbolts and strikes therewith whom He wills; yet they dispute about Allah, and He is severe in assault}
Hadith Number: 1161
نا هشيم، قال: نا إسماعيل بن سالم، عن ابي صالح، في قوله عز وجل: ويسبح الرعد بحمده سورة الرعد آية 13 , قال: " الرعد ملك من الملائكة يسبح" .
Abu Salih (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“And the thunder glorifies His praise”— meaning, thunder is an angel who glorifies Allah.

Hadith Number: 1162
نا مروان بن معاوية، قال: نا علي بن ابي الوليد، عن زياد الجعفي، عن ابي جعفر محمد بن علي , قال: " الصواعق تصيب المسلم وغير المسلم، ولا تصيب ذاكرا" .
Muhammad bin Ali (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Lightning strikes both Muslims and non-Muslims, but it does not strike the one who remembers Allah.

Hadith Number: 1163
نا هشيم، قال: نا إسماعيل بن سالم، عن الحكم، قال: " تنزل مع المطر من الملائكة اكثر من ولد آدم وولد إبليس" .
Hukm, may Allah have mercy on him, said: The number of angels who descend with the rain is greater than the offspring of Adam (peace be upon him) and Iblis.

Hadith Number: 1164
نا نا مهدي بن ميمون، عن غيلان بن جرير، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " من سمع صوت الرعد، فليقل: سبحان من سبحت له، سبحان الله العظيم مرتين" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Whoever hears the sound of thunder should say: "Glory be to Him whom it glorifies, Glory be to Allah the Magnificent," twice.

Hadith Number: 1165
نا سلام الطويل ، عن ثور بن يزيد ، عن عبد الرحمن بن فلان ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " من سمع صوت الرعد، فقال: سبحان الذي يسبح الرعد بحمده والملائكة من خيفته وهو على كل شيء قدير، فإن اصابته صاعقة فعلي ديته" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Whoever hears the sound of thunder and says: "Subhanalladhi yusabbihur-ra‘du bihamdihi wal-mala’ikatu min kheefatihi wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer," if he is struck by lightning, I guarantee his blood money.

الْآيَةُ (18) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِرَبِّهِمُ الْحُسْنَى وَالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَهُ لَوْ أَنَّ لَهُمْ}، إِلَى قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ الْحِسَابِ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ}
Verse (18) His saying, Exalted is He: {For those who have responded to their Lord is the best [reward]; but those who did not respond to Him—if they had all that is in the earth and the like of it with it, they would [attempt to] ransom themselves thereby. Those will have the worst account, and their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the resting place}
Hadith Number: 1166
نا عون بن موسى، قال: سمعت فرقد السبخي، يقول:" سوء الحساب سورة الرعد آية 18: ان لا يتجاوز له عن شيء" .
Farqud al-Sabkhi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A bad reckoning is that nothing is overlooked in it."

Hadith Number: 1167
نا خلف بن خليفة، عن رجل، عن إبراهيم، قال: " سوء الحساب سورة الرعد آية 18: ان ياخذ عبده بالحق" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The bad reckoning is that Allah strictly demands the right from the servant.

الْآيَةُ (23) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ يَدْخُلُونَهَا وَمَنْ صَلَحَ مِنْ آبَائِهِمْ وَأَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَذُرِّيَّاتِهِمْ} الْآيَةَ
Verse (23) His saying, Exalted is He: {Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses, and their descendants} the verse
Hadith Number: 1168
نا عون بن موسى، قال: سمعت الحسن بن ابي الحسن، يقول:" جنات عدن سورة الرعد آية 23، وما يدريك ما جنات عدن؟ قصر من ذهب لا يدخله إلا نبي، او صديق، او شهيد، او حكم عدل" .
Hasan bin Abi al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Jannat 'Adn, and what do you know what Jannat 'Adn is! It is a palace of gold in which only a prophet, a truthful one, a martyr, or a just ruler will enter.

الْآيَةُ (28) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُمْ بِذِكْرِ اللهِ أَلا بِذِكْرِ اللهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ}
Verse (28) His saying, Exalted is He: {Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured}
Hadith Number: 1169
نا سفيان , عن قوله عز وجل: الذين آمنوا وتطمئن قلوبهم بذكر الله سورة الرعد آية 28 , قال:" هم اصحاب محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم" .
Sufyan (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“Those who believe, and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah”(__QUR_N__) — that is, these are the companions of our master Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

الْآيَةُ (29) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ طُوبَى لَهُمْ وَحُسْنُ مَآبٍ}
Verse (29) His saying, Exalted is He: {Those who have believed and done righteous deeds—a good state is theirs and a good return}
Hadith Number: 1170
نا ابو معاوية، عن الاعمش، عن حسان بن ابي الاشرس، عن مغيث بن سمي، في قوله عز وجل: طوبى لهم وحسن مآب سورة الرعد آية 29 , قال:" شجرة في الجنة ليس من اهل دار إلا يظلهم غصن من اغصانها، فيها من الوان الثمر ويقع عليها طير امثال البخت، فإذا اشتهى الرجل طائرا دعاه حتى يقع على خوانه، فياكل من احد جانبيه شواء، والآخر قديدا، ثم يطير فيذهب" .
Mughith bin Sumi, may Allah have mercy on him, said:“__Tuba lahum wa husnu ma’ab__”means: In Paradise, there is a tree whose every branch will shade every household member. It will have every kind of fruit, and on it will be birds like camels. Whenever any inhabitant of Paradise wishes to eat any of those birds, it will come and sit on his dining mat; on one side it will be roasted, and on the other side it will be dried meat. Then the bird will fly away again.
