Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ}

It is narrated from Mak'hool (may Allah have mercy on him) that it was asked from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him): If a person has taken suhoor and thinks that it is still night, while in fact Fajr has already risen, then Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If this is in the month of Ramadan, then he should fast and make up for that day, and if it is a fast of any month other than Ramadan, then he may eat for the rest of the day because he began the day (in that state).

For example, if they wanted to enter someone's tent, they would lift it from the back and enter. Then they were forbidden from this and were commanded to enter houses through the doors and to give salam.

His saying, Exalted is He: {And fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] the religion, all of it, is for Allah.}
Hadith Number: 284
It is narrated from Sa'id bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) came before us, and we were hoping that he would narrate to us a good hadith. During this, a man came to him and asked: "O Abu Abdur Rahman! What do you say about fighting during the time of tribulation, even though Allah the Exalted has said: «وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ» ?" So Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "What do you know about tribulation? May your mother grieve for you! Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) used to fight the polytheists, and their entering into the religion was tribulation, but your fighting is not for the sake of the country."

And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever performs 'umrah [during the Hajj months] followed by Hajj [offers] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. But whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal]—then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home].}

Alqamah (may Allah have mercy on him), regarding the statement of Allah the Exalted: "And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah" says: In the recitation of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) it is «إِلَى الْبَيْتِ» . He said: Do not take Umrah beyond the House of Allah, then if you are prevented, if a man has entered into the state of Ihram for Hajj and he is prevented, then he should send whatever sacrificial animal (hady) is available to him. If he hastened before the sacrificial animal reached its place and shaved his head or applied perfume or used medicine for treatment, then he must offer a ransom: fasting, charity, or sacrifice. The fasting is for three days, the charity is three sa’ for six needy people, half a sa’ for each needy person, and the sacrifice is one goat. "Then when you are secure" means when he becomes healthy, he should turn towards the House of Allah in the same direction, perform Umrah from his Hajj and become lawful, and Hajj becomes obligatory for him the following year. If he returned and did not turn towards the House of Allah, then both Hajj and Umrah and a sacrifice for delaying Umrah become obligatory upon him. If he returned as a Mutamatti’ during the months of Hajj, then whatever sacrificial animal is available to him, i.e., one goat; if he does not find it, then three days of fasting during Hajj and seven when you return. Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Make the last day of the three days of fasting during Hajj the Day of Arafah. Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I mentioned this hadith to Sayyiduna Sa’id bin Jubair (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said: In this way, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said in this hadith.

Abdullah bin Ma’qil (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates: We were sitting in the mosque when our master Ka’b bin ‘Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) came and sat with us. He said: This verse was revealed because of me: ﴿فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ﴾. I asked: What was your situation? He said: We set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in the state of ihram, and lice infested my head, beard, and mustache, until they reached my eyebrows. I mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said: I did not think the pain had reached you to this extent. Call the barber. So the barber came and shaved my head. Then he (the Prophet) said: Do you have anything to offer as a sacrifice (fidya)? I said: No — and it was a goat. He said: Then fast for three days or feed six needy people three sa’ (of food) among them. He said: And this verse was revealed specifically because of me, and it is general for the people.
