Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَأَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلهِ فَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ وَلا تَحْلِقُوا رُءُوسَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ فَإِذَا أَمِنْتُمْ فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah. But if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever performs 'umrah [during the Hajj months] followed by Hajj [offers] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. But whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal]—then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home].}
Hadith Number: 321
نا ابو عوانة ، وهشيم ، عن ابي بشر ، عن سعيد بن جبير , قال: " من لم يصم الثلاثة ايام التي في الحج آخرها يوم عرفة، فقد وجب عليه الهدي" , قال ابو بشر: فقلت لسعيد: فإن لم يجد؟ , قال:" فليبع ثوبه"، وزاد هشيم:" ويشتري شاة بثلاثة دراهم" .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whoever does not fast the three days during Hajj, the last of which is the Day of Arafah, then sacrifice becomes obligatory upon him. Abu Bishr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I asked Saeed, what if someone does not have (anything for the sacrifice)? He replied: He should sell his clothes. In the narration of Hushaym (may Allah have mercy on him) there is an addition: And buy a goat for three dirhams.

Hadith Number: 322
نا سفيان ، عن ابن ابي نجيح ، عن مجاهد ، وعن طاوس , قالا: في المتمتع , قال: " إن شاء صام يوما من شوال، ويوما من ذي القعدة، ويوما من ذي الحجة" .
Mujahid and Tawus, may Allah have mercy on them, say regarding the one who performs tamattu': If he wishes, he may fast one day in Shawwal, one in Dhu al-Qa'dah, and one in Dhu al-Hijjah.

Hadith Number: 323
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says: He (the Mutamatti) should only fast during the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, so if he misses the fasts, then he should offer a sacrifice (dam).

Hadith Number: 324
نا سفيان ، عن عمرو ، عن عكرمة , قال: " يصوم المتمتع في السفر، ولا يصوم إلا في العشر، ويجعل آخرها يوم عرفة، وإن فاته اهراق لذلك دما" .
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The Mutamatti’ should fast during the journey, and he should fast only during the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, with the last fast being on the Day of Arafah. If he misses this, then he should offer a sacrifice in compensation.

Hadith Number: 325
نا هشيم ، نا عبد الملك ، وحجاج ، عن عطاء في قوله: وسبعة إذا رجعتم سورة البقرة آية 196 , قال: " هي رخصة، وإن شاء صام في السفر" ,
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the verse ﴿وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ﴾ says: This is a concession, and if he wishes, he may fast during the journey.

Hadith Number: 326
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) also said, similar to the statement of Ata (may Allah have mercy on him): "This is a concession."

Hadith Number: 327
Shu'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When you return to your city."

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {Hajj is [during] well-known months.}
Hadith Number: 328
نا نا شريك ، عن ابي إسحاق ، عن ابي الاحوص ، عن عبد الله ، في قوله عز وجل: الحج اشهر معلومات سورة البقرة آية 197 , قال:" شوال، وذو القعدة، وعشر ليال من ذي الحجة" , عن ابن عمر , قال:" شوال، وذو القعدة، وذو الحجة".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said in the explanation of Allah the Exalted's statement: "The Hajj is (in) well-known months" (__QUR_N__): "Shawwal, Dhu al-Qa'dah, and the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Shawwal, Dhu al-Qa'dah, and Dhu al-Hijjah."

Hadith Number: 329
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: Shawwal, Dhu al-Qa'dah, and Dhu al-Hijjah.

Hadith Number: 330
Sharik (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated that Isma'il bin 'Ayyash (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Shawwal, Dhu al-Qa'dah, and Dhu al-Hijjah.
