-" إذا ملا الليل بطن كل واد فصل العشاء الآخرة".
A companion from the tribe of Juhainah narrates: I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): When should I perform the ‘Isha prayer? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Perform the ‘Isha prayer when the night fills the belly of every valley (i.e., when the night has completely settled over every valley).”

- (على رسلكم! ابشروا، إن من نعمة الله عليكم: انه ليس احد من الناس يصلي هذه الساعة غيركم).
Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I and my companions who came with me on the boat had camped in the valley of Baqi’ Bathan, while the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was residing in Madinah. Some of us would take turns every day to go to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to perform the ‘Isha prayer with him. On the day when my companions and I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he was occupied with some work, so he delayed the ‘Isha prayer, and the delay was such that (almost) half the night had passed. (Finally) the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came, led the prayer, and after finishing, said to those present:“Wait a little! Rejoice, Allah Almighty has bestowed a favor upon you; there is no one besides you who is praying at this hour.”Or he said:“No one besides you has performed this prayer (at this time).”The narrator does not remember which sentence the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said. Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Upon hearing this statement of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we returned home happily. In the hadith, the word «اِبهَارَّ» means“to be half,”and the middle of everything is called «بَهرَةٌ» . But according to one opinion, «اِبهَارَّ اللَّيلُ» is used when the stars have risen and begun to shine. However, the first meaning is more commonly used.

Numbering by, Al-Albani: 1745, Fiqh-based: ,623
-" الا اخبركم بصلاة المنافق؟ ان يؤخر العصر حتى إذا كانت الشمس كثرب البقرة صلاها".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi‘ bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him), he states that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I inform you about the prayer of a hypocrite? He keeps delaying the ‘Asr prayer until, when the sun is about to set, he performs it at that time."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Safwan bin Mu'attal Salami (may Allah be pleased with him) that I asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): O Messenger of Allah! I want to ask you about something which you know and I do not know. Is there any time during the day or night in which it is disliked to perform prayer? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "After performing the Fajr prayer, refrain from offering any further prayer until the sun rises, because the sun rises between the horns of Satan. When the sun has risen, then you may perform prayer; at that time, the angels are present and it is accepted, until the sun stands overhead like a spear (i.e., when the time of zenith begins). This is the hour in which Hell is heated and its doors are opened. When the sun declines, you may perform prayer until the Asr prayer; in this prayer also the angels are present and it is accepted. Then, after Asr until sunset, do not perform any prayer."

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not perform prayer at the time of sunrise or sunset, because it rises and sets on the horn of Satan. (Between sunrise and sunset) you may pray whenever you wish."

Saeed bin Nafi’ says that Abu Basheer Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), who is a companion of the Messenger, saw me while I was performing the Duha prayer at the time of sunrise. He considered my action objectionable and forbade me from doing so, and said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Do not pray until the sun has risen, for it rises between the horns of Satan.”

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he held the door ring of the Ka'bah and said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: There is no prayer after 'Asr until sunset, and (likewise) there is no prayer after Fajr until sunrise, except in Makkah, except in Makkah, except in Makkah. (That is, in Makkah, prayer can be performed at any time.)

Kathir bin Qarwand says that we asked Salim bin Abdullah about the travel prayer of his father, Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him).
