مسنَد عَبدِ اللهِ بنِ عَمرو بنِ العَاصِ رَضِیَ الله تَعالَى عَنهمَا
Musnad of Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith Number: 7001
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عفان ، حدثني يزيد بن زريع ، حدثنا حبيب المعلم ، عن عمرو بن شعيب ، عن ابيه ، عن جده ، ان اعرابيا اتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: إن لي مالا ووالدا، وإن والدي يريد ان يجتاح مالي؟ قال:" انت ومالك لوالدك، إن اولادكم من اطيب كسبكم، فكلوا من كسب اولادكم"، قال ابو عبد الرحمن هو عبد الله بن احمد: بلغني ان حبيبا المعلم يقال له: حبيب بن ابي بقية.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Bedouin came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "I have wealth and children, but my father wants to take possession of my wealth." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You and your wealth belong to your father. Your children are the purest of your earnings, so you may consume from the earnings of your children."
حكم دارالسلام: صحيح لغيره، وهذا إسناد حسن.
Hadith Number: 7002
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا يزيد ، حدثنا حبيب ، عن عمرو بن شعيب ، عن ابيه ، عن جده ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" يحضر الجمعة ثلاثة: فرجل حضرها يلغو، فذاك حظه منها، ورجل حضرها بدعاء، فهو رجل دعا الله عز وجل، فإن شاء اعطاه، وإن شاء منعه، ورجل حضرها بإنصات وسكوت، ولم يتخط رقبة مسلم، ولم يؤذ احدا، فهي كفارة إلى الجمعة التي تليها، وزيادة ثلاثة ايام، فإن الله يقول: من جاء بالحسنة فله عشر امثالها سورة الانعام آية 160.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Three types of people come to the Friday (prayer). One man is the one who participates in the prayer and supplication; this man has called upon his Lord, now it is up to Him whether He grants him or not. The second man is the one who comes quietly and joins in, does not step over the necks of any Muslim, nor causes harm to anyone; for him, it will be an expiation for his sins until the next Friday and for three more days, because Allah Almighty says: Whoever brings a good deed will have ten times its reward." And the third man is the one who remains engaged in idle activities; this is his share.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده حسن.
Hadith Number: 7003
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، عن شهر ، عن عبد الله بن عمرو ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" من شرب الخمر فاجلدوه، ومن شرب الثانية فاجلدوه، ثم إن شرب الثالثة فاجلدوه، ثم إن شرب الرابعة فاقتلوه".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever drinks alcohol, flog him. If he drinks again, then flog him. If he drinks a third time, then flog him. And on the fourth occasion, he said: 'Kill him.'"
حكم دارالسلام: صحيح بشواهده، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لضعف شهر بن حوشب.
Hadith Number: 7004
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، حدثنا سعد بن إبراهيم ، عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن بن عوف ، عن عبد الله بن عمرو ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" إن اكبر الكبائر عقوق الوالدين"، قال: قيل: وما عقوق الوالدين قال:" يسب الرجل الرجل، فيسب اباه، ويسب امه، فيسب امه".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One of the major sins is that a man abuses his parents." The people asked, "O Messenger of Allah! How can a man abuse his own parents?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He abuses another man's father, and that man in return abuses his father; and he abuses another man's mother, and that man in return abuses his mother."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 90.
Hadith Number: 7005
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا حماد ، عن ثابت ، وداود بن ابي هند ، عن عمرو بن شعيب ، عن ابيه ، عن جده ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" من قال في يوم مئتي مرة: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك، وله الحمد، وهو على كل شيء قدير، لم يسبقه احد كان قبله، ولم يدركه احد كان بعده، إلا بافضل من عمله"، يعني: إلا من عمل بافضل من عمله.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever recites these words two hundred times daily: 'There is no deity except Allah, He is alone, He has no partner, sovereignty belongs to Him and all praise is for Him, and He is powerful over everything,' no one before him will surpass him and no one after him will reach him, except one who performs a deed superior to this."
حكم دارالسلام: صحيح، وهذا إسناد حسن.
Hadith Number: 7006
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا ابو المغيرة ، حدثنا الاوزاعي ، حدثني حسان بن عطية ، قال: اقبل ابو كبشة السلولي ونحن في المسجد، فقام إليه مكحول، وابن ابي زكريا، وابو بحرية، فقال: سمعت عبد الله بن عمرو ، يقول: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" بلغوا عني ولو آية، وحدثوا عن بني إسرائيل ولا حرج، ومن كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوا مقعده من النار".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that he heard the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Convey from me, even if it is only one verse. You may also mention the stories of Bani Israel, there is no harm in it. And whoever attributes a lie to me should prepare his abode in Hell."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 3461.
Hadith Number: 7007
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا ابو اليمان ، حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش ، عن عبد الرحمن بن حرملة ، عن عمرو بن شعيب ، قال: سمعت ابي يحدث، عن ابيه ، انه سمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" الراكب شيطان، والراكبان شيطانان، والثلاثة ركب".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A single rider is a devil, and two riders are two devils, and three riders are [companions] ."
حكم دارالسلام: حديث حسن.

(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا يونس بن محمد ، حدثنا رجاء بن يحيى ، قال: حدثنا مسافع بن شيبة ، حدثنا عبد الله بن عمرو ، وادخل إصبعيه في اذنيه، لسمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" إن الحجر، والمقام ياقوتتان من ياقوت الجنة، طمس الله نورهما، لولا ذلك لاضاءتا ما بين السماء والارض، او ما بين المشرق والمغرب"، كذا قال يونس: رجاء بن يحيى، وقال عفان: رجاء ابو يحيى.
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا يونس بن محمد ، حدثنا رجاء بن يحيى ، قال: حدثنا مسافع بن شيبة ، حدثنا عبد الله بن عمرو ، وادخل إصبعيه في اذنيه، لسمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" إن الحجر، والمقام ياقوتتان من ياقوت الجنة، طمس الله نورهما، لولا ذلك لاضاءتا ما بين السماء والارض، او ما بين المشرق والمغرب"، كذا قال يونس: رجاء بن يحيى، وقال عفان: رجاء ابو يحيى.
Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) swore by Allah three times and placed his fingers on his ears and said: "I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: The Black Stone and Maqam Ibrahim are two rubies from Paradise. Allah has extinguished their light. If Allah had not extinguished their light, they would have illuminated all the space between the East and the West."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف على خطأ فى اسم أحد رواته، وهو مكرر 7000، والأصح فى هذا الحديث وقفه.
Hadith Number: 7008M
قال عبد الله بن احمد: وحدثناه هدبة بن خالد ، قال: حدثنا رجاء بن صبيح ابو يحيى الحرشي ، والصواب ابو يحيى، كما قال: عفان، وهدبة بن خالد.
The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف، وهو مكرر ما قبله .
Hadith Number: 7009
حدثنا عبد الله بن احمد، حدثنا القواريري عبيد الله بن عمر ، حدثنا يزيد بن زريع ، حدثنا رجاء ابو يحيى ، فذكر مثله.
The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
