Hadith Number: 7527
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عبد الواحد ، حدثنا محمد بن عمرو ، عن ابي سلمة ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" تستامر اليتيمة في نفسها، فإن سكتت، فهو إذنها، وإن ابت، فلا جواز عليها".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The permission of a virgin, adult girl will be sought regarding her marriage; if she remains silent, then this will be considered as her permission, and if she refuses, then there is no justification for forcing her.
حكم دارالسلام: صحيح، وإسناده حسن، خ: 6970، م: 1419.
Hadith Number: 7528
(حديث قدسي) حدثنا حدثنا علي بن حفص ، اخبرنا ورقاء ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" لما خلق الله الخلق كتب كتابا، فهو عنده فوق العرش: إن رحمتي سبقت غضبي".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When Allah decided to bring the creation into existence, He wrote in a book which is with Him above the Throne: "My mercy prevails over My wrath."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 3194، م: 2751.
Hadith Number: 7529
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا علي بن حفص ، اخبرنا ورقاء ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" انا اولى الناس بعيسى، الانبياء إخوة بنو علات، وليس بيني وبين عيسى نبي".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Among all people, I am the closest to Jesus (peace be upon him). All the prophets (peace be upon them) are paternal brothers. There is no prophet between me and Jesus (peace be upon him).
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 3442، م: 2365.
Hadith Number: 7530
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا علي بن حفص ، اخبرنا ورقاء ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" حفت النار بالشهوات، وحفت الجنة بالمكاره".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Hell has been veiled with desires and Paradise has been veiled with disliked (difficult) matters.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 6487، م: 2823.
Hadith Number: 7531
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا زيد بن الحباب ، اخبرني ابو مودود ، حدثني عبد الرحمن بن ابي حدرد ، قال: سمعت ابا هريرة ، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إذا بزق احدكم في المسجد، فليدفنه فإن لم يفعل، فليبزق في ثوبه".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If any one of you wants to spit in the mosque, he should go far away; if he cannot do so, then he should spit into his garment.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وإسناده حسن خ: 416، م: 550.
Hadith Number: 7532
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي ، حدثنا ايوب ، عن محمد ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" تسموا باسمي، ولا تكنوا بكنيتي".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Name yourselves after my name, but do not take my kunya as your kunya."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 3539، م: 2134.
Hadith Number: 7533
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عبد الاعلى ، عن يونس يعني ابن عبيد ، عن الصلت بن غالب الهجيمي ، عن مسلم ، سال ابا هريرة عن الشرب قائما، قال:" يا ابن اخي، رايت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عقل راحلته وهي مناخة، وانا آخذ بخطامها، او زمامها واضعا رجلي على يدها، فجاء نفر من قريش، فقاموا حوله، فاتي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بإناء من لبن، فشرب وهو على راحلته، ثم ناول الذي يليه، عن يمينه، فشرب قائما، حتى شرب القوم كلهم قياما".
Once, Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) asked Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) about the issue of drinking water while standing. He replied, "Nephew! I have seen that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) tied his mount, which was sitting, and I was holding its reins in such a way that my foot was on its leg. Meanwhile, some people from the Quraysh came and stood around the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). During this time, a vessel of milk was brought to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drank it while sitting on the mount, then graciously passed it to the person on his right. He drank it while standing, and thus all the people drank that milk while standing."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف، لجهالة الصلت ومسلم.
Hadith Number: 7534
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عبد الاعلى ، عن معمر ، عن محمد بن زياد ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال او قال ابو القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم:" اما يخاف الذي يرفع راسه، والإمام ساجد ان يحول الله راسه راس حمار".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Does the person who raises his head before the Imam, while the Imam is still in prostration, not fear that Allah may turn his head into that of a donkey?
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 691، م: 427.
Hadith Number: 7535
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا عبد الاعلى ، عن يونس يعني ابن عبيد ، عن محمد بن زياد ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" ما يؤمن الذي يرفع راسه قبل الإمام، وهو مع الإمام، ان يحول الله صورته صورة حمار".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Does the person who raises his head before the Imam, while the Imam is still in prostration, not fear that Allah Almighty may turn his face into that of a donkey?
