مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 8565
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، عن النضر بن انس ، عن بشير بن نهيك ، عن ابي هريرة : " ان رجلا اعتق شقصا من مملوك، فاجاز النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عتقه، وغرمه بقية ثمنه" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man freed a slave according to his share. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) validated this emancipation and made him responsible for the remaining price.

Hadith Number: 8566
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، عن النضر بن انس ، عن بشير بن نهيك ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم , قال: " من وجد متاعه عند مفلس بعينه، فهو احق به" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a man is declared bankrupt and someone finds his own property with him in its original form, then compared to others, he has a greater right to that property.

Hadith Number: 8567
حدثنا بهز ، وعفان ، قالا: حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، قال لي سليمان بن يسار: ما تقول في العمرى؟ قلت: حدثنا النضر بن انس ، عن بشير بن نهيك ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , قال: " العمرى جائزة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is valid to dedicate something as a waqf (endowment) for a lifetime.
حكم دارالسلام: إسنادہ صحیح ، خ : 2626 ، م : 1626
Hadith Number: 8568
حدثنا بهز ، وعفان قالا: حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، عن النضر بن انس ، عن بشير بن نهيك ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من كانت له امراتان يميل لإحداهما على الاخرى، جاء يوم القيامة، واحد شقيه ساقط" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has two wives and inclines towards one over the other (acts unjustly), he will come on the Day of Resurrection with one side of his body fallen.
حكم دارالسلام: إسنادہ صحیح
Hadith Number: 8569
حدثنا عبد الصمد ، حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، عن النضر بن انس ، عن بشير بن نهيك ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , قال: " امطر او تساقط على ايوب فراش من ذهب، فجعل يلتقط، فاوحى الله إليه: يا ايوب، افلم اوسع عليك؟ قال: بلى! ولكني لا غنى بي عن فضلك" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Once Allah Almighty showered golden locusts upon Hazrat Ayub (peace be upon him). Hazrat Ayub (peace be upon him) began gathering them in his garment. Then a voice came: "O Ayub! Have We not given you enough of what is sufficient for you?" He replied: "O Lord! Who can remain independent of Your grace or mercy?"

Hadith Number: 8570
حدثنا عبد الصمد ، حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، عن النضر بن انس ، عن بشير بن نهيك ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم , قال: " من صلى يعني من الصبح ركعة، ثم طلعت الشمس، فليصل إليها اخرى" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever gets one rak'ah of the Fajr prayer before sunrise should join it with the second rak'ah.
حكم دارالسلام: إسنادہ صحیح ، خ : 556 ، م : 608
Hadith Number: 8571 /1
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا همام ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن جحادة ، حدثني ابو حازم ، ان ابا هريرة ، قال: " خلوف فم الصائم، اطيب او قال احب إلى الله عز وجل من ريح المسك" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The breath of the fasting person is more pleasant to Allah than the fragrance of musk.
حكم دارالسلام: إسنادہ صحیح ، وھو موقوف ، وصح مرفوعا ، خ : 7492 ، م : 1151
Hadith Number: 8571 /2
قال: واحسبه قال: واحسبه قال: " عن يمين العرش مناد ينادي في السماء السابعة: اعط منفقا خلفا، واعط او عجل لممسك تلفا" .
And he also likely said: On the right side of the Throne, on the seventh heaven, there is an angel who says: O Allah, grant a substitute to the one who spends, and quickly destroy the wealth of the one who withholds.
حكم دارالسلام: إسنادہ صحیح ، وھو موقوف و صح مرفوعا أیضا ، خ : 1442 ، م : 1010
Hadith Number: 8571 /3
قال: قال: وقال ابو هريرة:" نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن كسب الحجام، وكسب الامة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the earnings of the cupper and the earnings from the prostitution of slave women.
حكم دارالسلام: إسنادہ صحیح ، خ : 2283
Hadith Number: 8572
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا همام ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن واسع ، عن رجل يقال له: معروف ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال:" اوصاني خليلي صلى الله عليه وسلم ان لا انام إلا على وتر" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that my beloved friend (peace and blessings be upon him) advised me not to sleep without offering Witr.
حكم دارالسلام: حدیث صحیح ، خ : 1178 ، م : 721 ، وھذا إسناد ضعیف ، معروف الأزدي مجھول
