Musnad Ahmad
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 9042
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا تجعلوا بيوتكم مقابر، فإن الشيطان يفر من البيت الذي تقرا فيه البقرة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not make your houses graveyards, for surely Satan flees from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 780
Hadith Number: 9043
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم , قال: " إذا تكلمت يوم الجمعة فقد لغوت، والغيت" .
It is narrated with the previous chain that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the Imam is delivering the Friday sermon and you speak to your companion, then you have engaged in idle talk and rendered it void.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 934، م: 851
Hadith Number: 9044
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من اخذ شبرا من الارض بغير حقه، طوقه من سبع ارضين" .
It is narrated with the same chain of transmission that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever seizes someone’s land unjustly, on the Day of Resurrection a collar made from a piece of it from the seven earths will be placed around his neck.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 1611
Hadith Number: 9045
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يستر عبد عبدا في الدنيا، إلا ستره الله يوم القيامة" .
It is narrated with the same chain that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults on the Day of Resurrection.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 2590
Hadith Number: 9046
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " ويل للاعقاب من النار يوم القيامة" . قال عبد الله بن احمد: قال فيها كلها: حدثنا سهيل، هكذا قالها ابي.
It is narrated with the same chain that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Woe to the heels from the fire of Hell on the Day of Resurrection."
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 165، م: 242
Hadith Number: 9047
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، ووهيب , قالا: حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا قام احدكم من مجلسه، ثم رجع إليه، فهو احق به" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If any one of you gets up from his place and goes away, then upon returning, he is most entitled to that place.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 2179
Hadith Number: 9048
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لان يجلس احدكم على جمرة , فتحرق ثيابه حتى تخلص إليه، خير له من ان يطا على قبر رجل مسلم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is better for any one of you to sit on a burning coal that burns his clothes and reaches his skin than to sit on the grave of a Muslim.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 971
Hadith Number: 9049
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة : ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " اكل كتف شاة، فمضمض وغسل يده، وصلى" .
And it is narrated from the previous chain that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ate the meat of a goat's shoulder, then rinsed his mouth, washed his hands, and led the prayer.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح
Hadith Number: 9050
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة : ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " اكل ثور اقط، فتوضا منه، وصلى" .
And it is narrated with the previous chain that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ate some pieces of cheese and then performed ablution and led the ‘Isha prayer.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح
Hadith Number: 9051
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا وهيب ، حدثنا سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة : ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا تباغضوا، ولا تدابروا، ولا تنافسوا، وكونوا عباد الله إخوانا" .
It is narrated from the same chain that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not harbor hatred, do not sever ties of kinship, and do not compete with one another. And O servants of Allah! Be brothers to one another.
