It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever seeks refuge from Hell three times, Hell itself says, "O Allah! Save this servant from me." And whoever asks for Paradise three times, Paradise itself says, "O Allah! Grant this servant entry into me."

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of Eid al-Adha: Whoever has offered the sacrifice before the prayer should offer the sacrifice again. Upon hearing this, a man stood up and said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! This is a day in which people generally desire meat." Then he mentioned the case of one of his neighbors, and it seemed as if the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was affirming him. Then he said, "I have a six-month-old lamb, which is more beloved to me than the meat of two goats." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted him to sacrifice it. Now, I do not know whether this permission is for others as well or not. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) turned towards his two rams and slaughtered them. The people were standing in anticipation of "war booty," so they distributed it.

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us during a sermon that Zaid took the flag but was martyred, then Ja’far took it but he too was martyred, then Abdullah bin Rawahah took it but he too was martyred, then Khalid bin Walid took the flag without any commandership and Allah granted victory to the Muslims at his hands, and I do not rejoice that they remained with us; at that time, tears were flowing from the eyes of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the place of Masjid Nabawi (peace be upon him) originally belonged to Banu Najjar. There was a tree and some graves of polytheists there. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to Banu Najjar, "Settle its price with me." They replied, "We will not take its price." The Prophet (peace be upon him) himself participated in the construction of Masjid Nabawi. People would hand bricks to the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the Prophet (peace be upon him) kept saying, "True life is the life of the Hereafter. O Allah! Forgive the Ansar and the Muhajireen." And before the construction of Masjid Nabawi, wherever the time for prayer occurred, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would pray there.
